There has to be a chance. It would be nice to see the balance sheet to see where the proceeds of last summers £165million fund have gone and what the current cash position is.

The company making a full bid have to bid at least the price they have paid for the shares in the preceding 12 months so IKO having paid 92p last year why would they want to go that high when the shares now are under 40p

Last tranche that IKO bought was 28th Feb 2020 at around the 92p mark per share which meant that if they were to make full bid within a year the price per share would have to have been over that 92p mark.

If they still have eyes on SHI, could be a very interesting few weeks

So up until a few minutes ago, if you were following, it was showing accounts will be shown in 10 days.
