RE: Current Mcap and future price2 Oct 2023 12:43
Fukuro "'im not convinced the market have built in the deal. I think they did but now don't."
Fukuro surely you cannot be so myopic??
Taking it as absolutely read (even Jarvy (and her reliable charts), you ,Fulmar, Jamie Ryan, and of course the messiah himself, Ruffles cannot argue) that its going to be at least 3 years **IF there is a substantial find (**PLEASE NOTE THE WORD IF).
The current Mcap is around the £28million mark when the ABSOLUTE MAX income that ARCM will have within 3 years of commencement of drilling is around the £3.6million mark, less whats owed now less what expenses are for the next 3 years.
So in other words the true value of ARCM at the moment, assuming that drilling does commence is probably optimistically an Mcap of about a tenth of what it is at the moment.
At phase 1 end date which could be years away another injection of around £3.3million might be available.
The above are actual figures quoted in the RNS's re the JV and are not assumed or a figment of Fulmar or the great Ruffles imagination.
So the question is how the hell can anyone possibly think that anything over 0.5p a share is anything but a wild punt that might take a company who is running on fumes years to achieve if ever with, on the balance of probabilities, the company being insolvent within weeks??
Irrespective of what the usual suspects say, FFS take your losses and run a bleeding mile.
