According to above, institutions and major shareholders own 98.25% of the shares in issue

If this is correct then surely with so few free shares on offer this could (perhaps) be more interesting than even the most optimistic of us expect????

If it drops below the 30p mark then there would be 2 entities that would gladly add to their already substantial holdings!!!

If he can get the shareprice going north to be quite honest £375k (of which he will have to purchase is it £200k of shares) will be money rather well spent!!

Including CEO's bonus although Directors acknowledge opposition to it!!

No worries is price drops a few pence!! Dont forget there is about to be twice as many shares in circulation so it is to be expected!!

Considering price up to deadline was par with placing price 84% is rather splendid!!

Not a rights issue and not possible to be oversubscribed and if you applied in time and had funds deposited to match you would have got your full entitlement of shares.

Price rise has got nothing to do with insulation grants. If it was then the shareprice of Travis Perkins which sells considerably more insulation through CCF, Travis Perkins and Wickes than SHI would have moved up but it is totally flat!!

Chris, the timelines were NEVER clearly laid out and thats the problem!!

We were n"CLEARLY" informed that we would have news in June latest which never arrived and was given a vague timeline in RM's rather non committal interview a few weeks ago.

Sub 30p if no news by end of this week. The silence is deafening and creates doubt.

Probably 20000+ posts on here over the past 4 months regurgitating the same old useless information and every conspiracy theory known to man in an attempt to justify putting money into SNG.

Although there is still a chance that we will get good results (I am still holding in fading hope) the odds are drifting with every trading session we go without an update of any substance

If they plan to sell around 40p before any results are announced as you infer then "they" are working on the assumption that the results are not going to be great!!

All these conspiracy theories are an absolute load of rubbish as will be proved either way in the next 4 weeks!!

Time folk on here simply let the price of the share when they eventually SELL, and realise their profit or loss, do the talking!!!
