Your comment if unsubstantiated could have an adverse effect on the shareprice and that is why it needs clarifying for not only me but all PI's.

Regarding the Directors "authority" enclosed yet again for your benefit is an official SIG quote. It is not an arguement,it is not assumed, imagined or my opinion!! IT IS FACT !! Please read it!!!

Raleigh if you can show me where it states "The limited circumstances do not extend to the purpose of this fund raise", then without any doubt I would be a lot happier in the knowledge that we have got more than a sporting chance of being included.
If you have unintentionally misquoted or misinterpreted (it happens to the best of us!!) fair enough but please let us have the source of your comment or retract it.

I honestly dont know because the wording in the MOA leaves it very much open to interpretation!!
By the wording "open offer" I read that it will be a free for and that because of the expense, inconvenience , administration and timescales of including PI's that we will be excluded. If we were to be included I would have expected that by now we would have had a firm indication!!
Prior to RNS last Thursday evening all II's will have been notified of intent of offering without us poor buggers being involved so I honestly feel that we will be excluded.
That is purely my opinion of course!!

Raleigh, that Company act also states:-
These pre-emptive rights on the issue of shares do not apply if:

the memorandum or articles of a private company exclude them or provide alternative provisions, e.g. to make more detailed provisions in respect of different classes of shares; or
the company passes a special resolution to exclude them; or
the shares are issued for non-cash consideration;
shares within an employees' share scheme.

For the avoidance of any doubt repeat extract again of SIG's memorandum which clearly provides those alternatives stated in Act!!

Raleigh please could you advise source of information that "The limited circumstances do not extend to the purpose of this fund raise" as I have scoured through all the information in the public domain without seeing anything remotely stating that?

Obviously this is extremely important to how us PI's are to proceed prior to the placing.

That would be nice if it could shoot up to the all time high of 1458p it was 13 years ago. Personally I aint greedy and would settle for 58p or perhaps you got some inside info that SIG has perhaps developed a cure for COVID???

Its interesting to note that Last Wednesday JPM's shareholding was reduced from 7.52 %to 6.96% (RNS 29/5) and Friday increased again from 6.96% to 8.98%

Also I wonder why it has taken 48 hours for the RNS that should have been issued on 2nd June when notification was issued??

@KSH Regarding JPM, with developments on Friday, which is the day that they increased holding after weeks of unloading, obviously they are of the opinion that they are buying low! Something very interesting is going on in the background here which surely can only lead to the price increasing??

Mandi why do you have to tell the world how many shares you have? Do you think that it will make readers of your postings take the contents as gospel?

Prof who is looking at a quick casino profit?? This aint a Biostock hyped up to the hilt on a pipe dream and unless for whatever reason it jumps 5 or 6p in a session it aint a day traders stock either.

In simple terms its a very feasible recovery stock which over the coming months should produce a reasonable growth and over the next 12 months a very good acceptable one.

SIG aint a "multibagger" and in the very near future unless there is a complete lockdown again (which is always a possibility) it certainly will be insulated (pardon the pun!!) from the goings on of most other stocks both here and certainly across the pond in Trumpsville.

Make that 3 lots now of 11,598,117 delayed trades and reverses from Friday (All timed after hours)

Prof think that if you look at trades there are 2 delayed trades and conta reverses for Friday that went through at about 10.30 today for 11 million shares +
That might answer your question that the swaps have already taken place!!

The record of the Company wasnt great and thats why the shareprice was so depressed.
The prospects for the Company under the new regime are extremely positive.
