Momo, I do not know what world you live in but Mali currently experiences a fuel blockade from terrorist attacks. It has been publicly communicated that if all fuel supply is cut, there would be enough fuel only for two weeks in the entire country. Any company which retains common sense is not going to send any truck and risk having it stuck in the middle of the journey without any fuel.

Many bought here at a large share price and are understandably angry about the situation. I am sure Bernard will sugarcoat everything at AGM and some naive investors will buy as a result, so I expect the share price to temporarily increase: a last rise before it goes down to the true share value, which is what a Director decided to sell for at the June RNS.

Why is the share price dropping today? There are still 1-2 weeks before Mali runs out of fuel. France also suspended the anti-terrorist support, it's all over the news.

I presume nobody read the article in fullness, as there are also problems *exactly* at Bougouni and road to Ivory Coast regions.

Do not be fooled, in a situation where there is a fuel shortage in Mali, foreign companies will be the first to be denied any allocation of it, as it is a commodity of survival for the Mali Government. Given that some of the fuel has crossed this implies that we have to wait for more than 2 weeks to see Mali run out of fuel. The political developments of next two months are crucial for this stock (and every other foreign company in Mali).

Bfd, from the RNS of 5th November 2024 (and most importantly the preceding one of Hainan discussed in the above), Hainan retains the legal right to make *anytime* Kodal liable for the US 15 Million tax. In truth, this is my highest concern for this stock. Especially because without 15 Million, Kodal would struggle. I am afraid that Hainan might use this as leverage for negotiations, or for a hostile takeover of KMUK. In any case, these are very complex thoughts, that from your answers so far you seem not to enjoy, so better not start a discussion on this.
