All sensible countries have withdrawn nonemergency personnel from Mali the past week. The possibility of Bernard being there is practically zero.

It is obviously going to tank eventually. Once the jihadists take control of Bamako in the next few days there will be no company presence left at all, let alone a "mine". This is why a Director decided to offload shares at 0.24 in the June RNS.

Instead of all the noise here today, what do you believe the buyout price of KMUK from Hainan to be? That is the next true milestone.

So many opportunities to make investment decisions today, before the news are publicly out.

This is the first time I am actually a tiny bit happy with this stock in years. The logistic nightmares that many people here ignored (terrorism/fuel) seem to have diminished for now, as shipping has commenced. Now one can start asking what is the true value of this.

@GeorgeH, what do you estimate as a potential buyout price of the entirety of KMUK from Hainan?

Better that he hasn't yet, because one can buy before that happens. Here I am now, talking positively about this stock. Still afraid of JNIM but this is good news.

People here never learn sadly. All this fake hype about the gold assets of Kodal. Even when developed (and *if* they ever get developed, which would take an insane amount of time, giving permits and all) the price of gold might well have dropped significantly. Exactly what happened with the lithium asset of Kodal. The value of lithium has now dropped and the 10p target price expected of people here is now out of the question.

All this nonsense about gold assets etc. is nothing other than manipulations by the same person, namely the Lav/Bfd/Lilpeep profiles, who aim to try to convince people to buy so they can benefit. Mali government at the moment controls which company is allowed fuel by allowing it military escort (as happening currently in the Allied Gold mine), and we have yet to hear about Kodal's case from Bernard, or that other director, Steve Zaninovich who decided to offload shares at 0.24p in the June RNS.

People here were also hoping, about a month ago, that US presence in Mali might eventually lead to more stability, but the relationships have significantly deteriorated:

Now there are new bfd/lav accounts here, such as Lilpeep, trying to artificially inflate the share price with false news and fake hopes. People will then lose money and complain "but Kod share price always drops on good news". Of course it does, it is a correction to the falsely inflated price by Lav/Bfd and other self-serving investors here.

The situation in Mali is very complicated now. Other companies, like Allied Gold are left without fuel (read the news, instead of relying on information aimed to manipulate here).
