Theres a massive market malaise at present, can't blame VM for that.

Santa rally seems to have missed AIM, ATB all. Results key as ever, that flow will now continue.

Some positives coming from the G20 ref Trump and China trade war (though not over). As VM said correctly market very difficult at present, imo trade war has been a dampner. I think we'll see commodity sentiment lift a little next week.
Secondly, though some may consider Brexit not relevant to IRR, I think it also dampens stock sentiment generally and sooner March is passed the better for us.

Agree. 'skin in the game' (quite an unsavoury saying on reflection) carries huge weight with me. One can ask little more of a man putting so much money where his mouth is.
ATG if you are still about, don't miss this through lack of patience, its a classic scenario here, sit on hands patience pays.

Fundamentally, you are frustrated with timelines rather than fundamental risk. You are satisfied with grades, the eventual ability to moneterise and get a return, albeit 'too slow'. In your experience the delays we are experiencing in some quarters are not 'untoward'.
Is that a fair interpretation. If so, I'm good.
I continue to build heavily here albeit 'div3' rather than prem league, nevertheless if there are any 'deep rooted' concerns from experienced contributors like yourself I want to factor them in. Many thanks

That made me chuckle, no i don't but happy to agree with them. Funnily enough i work in construction management and when i saw the drop for this industry stalwart I thought something catastrophic must have happened... and it hasn't. Keller involved in such a breadth of ongoing, basic, essential projects.
IMO you can't just devalue it by approaching a third 'just like that'. TBH it's an outlier for me as I'd need to expend more research before deploying serious wedge, but common sense will do for my level of entry. One of my 'comfortable outliers'. ATB and good to talk
