HF our posts crossed just now and I note with interest your thoughts on the subject of dilution.

You see Weetsie, your post, a good one, is a timely reminder to someone like me to keep it sensible on any AIM stock. There are grey areas ahead as well as obvious potential. Dilution alone is one trap door among many to be wary of. RNS yesterday posed as many questions as answers. I don't think it will be that long for more RNSs and I await financial RNSs as much as resource ones. GLA

Theres going to be a financial 'event' soon IMO because we're buying widely(licenses). I'll leave it at that. Interesting quarter ahead, pivotal possibly, ATB

I've been pondering it over whats missing. I know I'm a cack handed fringe player but bear with me.
They've built a Ferrari, but at present the engine is 1.8L (funding). The rap sheet runs more like bloody Glencore rather than an Aim junior; they've placed explore managers throughout. Its set.
Whats missing is the volume funding. 10/ 20mill dropped in now (I know east said) and you'd quite have something. Several drill programs could start very quickly. that figure in EV space is not large.
Who best placed to make the this happen... answer DGR, serial company builders, crammed with finance experts.
I don't know enough about dilution, but I reckon if say Assore dropped in 10mill now, the SP could double, easily.

Theres no more funds for this. BOD not silly so IMO something financial is afoot. Surprised with RNS, time for SW to sit on sidelines listen and learn. They seem to be aiming for stars, there must be a plan. Is Ghana really going to fund all this. Interesting Q2 ahead. GL

I'm thinking of getting in, doing diligence now, can't see what's holding this back. Is there another Lombard about, any thoughts, I'm checking it out now as I say. EV metrics alone startling. Thanks

As to other matters, I'm exasperated on these drops below 20, just my own personal cross to bear. In fairness ATG seems to spot it coming, fair play ATG.

'current drill at Ewoyaa and Abonku will give us a respectable resource. If, at some point in the future, we can repeat that at another 4 or 5 targets within the Ghana licence area then we start to creep closer towards the world's top ten hard rock lithium resources. Bear in mind that we are some way off another 4 or 5 drill programs but this is still in play'.
Question. Is the 'respectable resource' something bankable, or 'recognisible' to the market. If not, have we the current funds for the 4/5 drill program? I know it may not be popular to speak too plainly, but I just want to drill down (no pun intended) on where exactly we're getting money from to plough into say Chad, because Chad is vast granted but will need similar sized funds. I am at pains to say this not a negative post. SW

Eish, Ni is a very exciting space, the underrated battery constituent. I take it you've taken a look at HZM.
Tempting though it is, we need to leave Ni off the table here.
We have to crack on and deliver something with the Li, if we go off pursuing Ni we risk being 'lobbed - mid court', using a tennis analogy.
'Potential = potential' as (Mike?) said on here Wise words indeed; Li & Gold are now the priorities, with good reason.
The BOD are doing everything right no problem there, but hard fact is we need / expect / await traction.
Money may be off the table presently but is never off the table for long.

Much to take away, your comment on the roller coaster nature helps me to understand how the market will and does struggle to value something when it's still evolving. Personally my learning point is to not get too despondent on dips, as long as the resources remain on target. Indeed, once u believe, dips present opportunity, all within sensible limits. ATB

On 14 Jan I asked a perhaps unpopular question here, which received recommends, bit no one answered, unusual for the BB. Perhaps everyone was busy, perhaps they don't know, all valid and no offence taken there. Instead everyone talked about the merits of Chad, no problem with that either. I don't think you were around at the time, you seem to be back
My question remains, why did this drift so low (15ish). If this post sounds negative then not meant to be, its just that in order to understand something going forward, IMO we should have some understanding of why we are where we are.
If the upside is so great, why 15 - 20? Is it just poor wider market sentiment or is there something else to consider. We know the assets are there, money is there (albeit I think Chad will need more), EV is happening, so why is SP here ? thx.

All, I agree with all this. Why are we down here though at 17. Market sentiment and lack of profile, which will change. Is that a fair comment, or is it being shorted ? I struggle to rationalise something I believe in with the reality of the SP. What is the explanation. Thanks

Of that relatively recent 1.5mill sell (seems that it was a sell). Does the BB think a MM is holding leftover shares, waiting to sell on future RNSs?
Someone suggested it could take months to shift them.
Its my concern, is that valid or misguided? I wonder if someone with suitable experience could comment.
The answer may not be what I want to hear, but I'd sooner know. thanks

I understand this to be true.
However, how much that benefits an explorer way off production I'm not sure.

I think Cobalts in trouble due to oversupply unless anyone thinks differently, anyhow we're Li and Gold so that shouldn't matter. I also fancy Ni off topic but battery related; battery percentage constituents now an interesting area of research. ARS and HZM valuations both struggling just shows how bad market is at present because copper and Li surely considered hot. It must turn at some point as EV is unstoppable

For avoidance of doubt, unless our assets or results change for the worse I'm in here to the end 'win lose or draw'.
I don't have time to research elsewhere thoroughly enough, and seek out the other Toros of this world.
Takes too long. Fundamentals are excellent and I think we'll be good LT etc etc.
That said, I have a question, as some of the terms you use cause me concern. And lets be honest something is not right here.
In your experience, do you think that a minnow like IRR can be 'shorted to death' to the point it cannot raise, stops drilling, and folds. Entities placing shorts are prepared to kill the goose?
Can you name any former examples. Genuine question, and painful to write.
