On reflection, wasn't it quite unusual for VW to meet to meet a raw material supplier, actually explorer, in this manner.
One would expect (at least) one intermediary. imo it certainly shows how strategically deep car makers are looking at their supply chain. Nevertheless, surety VW would have limited interest in dealing direct with IRR, ?
