Eric...there's no need for us to quarrel. All the genuine holders on here want the same thing, we have some robust exchanges sometimes, it's only natural, it's who we are. And I think we're in the dark about some things which is very frustrating...of course I hope we're in the dark because the light isn't looking too good. Lol.
Darren...I think the court ruling will be game changing, it's been estimated in an RNS (Jan 24) that it will come in the first half of 2024. The time the appeal has taken from the Government's endorsement in March 22 has brought us to this point, unfortunately. I'm ever the optimist...but take care, and check out my previous.
No, Eric...you're quite wrong about that, I wasn't trying to stir the pot, I was joining in, it would be odd if I didn't. And having read all the posts, reading the RNS didn't illuminate me much, a lot of it is too technical. How about this from the earlier RNS:
The Capital Reorganisation will not of itself affect the value of the shares held by Shareholders. After the Capital Reorganisation there will be the same number of New Ordinary Shares in issue as there are existing Ordinary Shares and therefore Shareholders will not be diluted (other than as a result of the Capital Raise).
We are all invested in this because we believed in it I assume.
At the beginning of February we were top of the risers and I was toasting the fact that the sp had returned to the previous placing price...then what happened is just unbelievable. What they're telling us now is that they couldn't raise the necessary funds at a better price, despite the quality of the asset? And last but now least...being in the right place at the right time.
I'm also very naive in that I find it difficult to believe well paid, reputable people would have an agenda other than what they publish. Never thought it would be anything but difficult to pull this off given the amount of time the appeal would take and it's taken twice as long as I expected.
Eric...I've read it now and yes, I have considered that. We don't know why Kurt left that's a mystery and things have gone from bad to worse since. Disappointed you've accused me of snipping. I've read the RNS now and have to admit that a lot of it is meaningless in a bad way so far as I'm concerned. So yes, Pocko, you're very clever and I'm very stupid.
Well, Pocko has managed to find a positive...it keeps the lights on for twelve months, which is of course why you always need money. Just saying, I haven't read the RNS yet, seems a bit pointless given the reception it's got.
I could give a list of the personal things you've posted about on here, Ibjj, but I'll spare you the embarrassment. I'm invested in this, I'm interested in it and you're not. In my book that makes me a lot saner than you are.
What's your angle Roller? Why would you attack me for believing this might turn out OK when you've got over a million shares? You know why I've posted general conversation...because we've had to wait endless months and years knowing sometimes there'd be nothing else to talk about.
Parkijaure No 8 is interesting; if and when we get the green light for Kallak No 1, the road to No 8 will surely be clearly established, as Wots has already said, I'm just agreeing with him...just might be allowed to do that. :-)
Just leave me out of it Pocko...people are responsible for their own investment decisions. How was this Company an AIM junior minor, having waited nine years for a decision going to get the money to build a mine. I have believed they would get a favourable decision and they did...now we've wasted nearly two years waiting for the Appeal decision and time is money. Uncertainty is the killer here.
