It's been fun...the highs and the lows...and one day we might be in the right place at the right time and we'll be glad we did it and proud. Pride according my Catholic infancy is a mortal sin but only because Augustine invented it and he was a nasty piece of work. I think it's quite good, pride, it achieves things.
Thanks Troaj...Saw some of the last bit, it was very good. It's a bit disingenuous to say that nobody owns the land; it's true in a philosophical sense maybe but it isn't true when you mean that the Sami own it. In the modern world you own it if you bought it...in the ancient world you owned it if you took it and for as long as you managed to keep it. And the law today in Britain and Sweden states that if you own the top of it you don't own what's underneath it ...so isn't that a nod towards nobody owns the land.
Eric...I haven't failed to see the point you're making I just think there's more than one way of looking at it..there's a few miles to go yet and the brokers' note is surely good for the on we going. After the decision we're in a different ballgame, one way or the other.
Happy May Day.
Toph1...We got it from Andy, I didn't read it as a hearing but as a return to it as a matter of process, here it is, thanks Andy:
"Yep, being brought up by the court at April 25th and then probably a few weeks until the final ruling, so most likely some time in May."
And for the sake of just saying...why would the broker's note be better before the fund raise than after it...as Wots has said, we already knew that, sort of? I was too mean to pay for it but I've read it now... it's pretty good.
Evening Eric. That could be right or wrong...they might have been desperate and its always best not to wait until you are and that could be because the decision has taken so long. So far as those annoying options is concerned... we could buy 'options' now for under 0.70p, if we wanted to and/or if we were made of money. And the brokers rating does give a 8x from this point. Just joining in with the pondering, as you say good to share, it's pretty nerve wracking.
Yes, Troaj lovely day today and it was magic to be out among the new green leaves.
Summer is a cum.
Nighty night x.
And it's our birthday, or rather our official birthday, the day Jan Ole Larssen posted our application for a permit to mine; so it will be our eleventh anniversary. We've done good and we deserve a medal from Sevmin for fortitude. x 💕
