Thanks Troaj Actually, I love all that pagan stuff, I'm a Celt, it's my heritage. TS Elliot wrote a book, think it was called Odysseus, in which he said no person of Christian culture could fail to be shocked by the culture of ancient Greece, and that's true.
I'm not letting go...TFL can get stuffed in Lloyds Bank, miserable git that he is. I'm out for an adventure in the wild arctic wilderness. But bear in mind I've just had a wild strawberry bellini in a French Restaurant, because it's my birthday...most days I'm quite sober. And as I already said, GLA, if you're coming. X
PS Hope is a virtue, never mind Pandora's box and all that godforsaken pagan stuff.
Agreed, Eric...he looks like a star player, just what we need. How do you think the Appeal decision will affect the sp, assuming of course it's rejected; I think it's actually bigger than the Government's Approval because everyone knew an appeal would follow.
Thanks Eric, for your thoughts...didn't get back yesterday until late. Dmytro, being from
Ukraine would have the advantage of being able to stand the cold winter, not better than Swedes of course but there aren't that many Northern Swedes to choose from are there....Jan Ola Larssen was and so was Fred Bowman, in the good old days when we had a nine year wait in front of us Dmytro could still pull it off, fingers crossed. I might buy some for my birthday... if it's not too difficult and convoluted.
Thanks Pocko that was very useful...talking about the new resolution, I didn't receive any notice of a proxy form...probably went into spam and I forgot to look for it...not that my votes would have made any difference. Are votes not cast the same as withheld votes, do you know, or is it something different? I'm trying to decide if this is a dead duck or an ugly duckling and you know my propensity for rose coloured glasses. That presentation...it would have been good I think if EB had referred to the disaster of this sp and made some comment about it. In his RNS statement he said since joining the Company in mid August it is pleasing to have made significant progress across each of our business areas. I recently claimed that announcing the terms of this fund raise was instrumental in crashing the sp, but they had to announce it in time to arrange for the Meeting to vote on it .on the other hand if they hadn't announced it they could have made the offer 1p surely; the crash from 2.5p on 29 January was inexplicable. Now I've got to decide if this is a dead duck or an ugly duckling.
Anyway, thanks again you've cleared my brain a bit.
Here it is then, sigh...
The Capital Reorganisation will not of itself affect the value of the shares held by Shareholders. After the Capital Reorganisation there will be the same number of New Ordinary Shares in issue as there are existing Ordinary Shares and therefore Shareholders will not be diluted (other than as a result of the Capital Raise).
The New Ordinary Shares will have the same rights as those currently accruing to the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, including those relating to voting and entitlement to dividends. New share certificates for New Ordinary Shares will not be issued and the existing certificates will remain valid.
The Deferred A Shares will have no significant rights attached to them and will carry no right to vote or participate in distribution of surplus assets and will not be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The Deferred A Shares will effectively carry no value.
Right...it was the deferred A shares being valued at 0.9p that through me...if the ordinary shares had been valued at 0.9p not 0.1p there wouldn't have been any discount, would there. Is that right. Lol :-(
