No, it belongs to BEM. A spokesperson for LKAB has said when questioned that "they are developing that". And as it's partly nationalised they surely have to allow a private company to act on it's own. LKAB are the natural owners of Kallak the company has said as much but they can't be seen to take it before it's full potential value is realised, can they. Nickel Mountain is a good example, that went to appeal and then it was sold to the Government...as a national resource.

There will be good news I'm sure...and make mine plant based I like my snarlers to be snarling still. :-)

Yes...the placing price was very low and as you say I expect it was necessity...they needed the money fast and perhaps that's a positive thing. Becalmed at the moment but when the breeze comes we can fly. :-)

PS Ulla looks impressive and Johan has the right background for the future plans...so maybe we should cheer up a bit.

Afty Eric....Yes, trying to analyse it a bit this morning...the feeling of being up a creek without a paddle but I'm sure it's a wrong feeling but natural since Kurt's departure. Troaj posted a few days ago that BEM is in his opinion is in a better position now that it was 10-15 years ago and I completely agree with that. The 2p situation of course would say something other but sometimes what talk don't know and what know don't talk. Now just think back to when you were looking under the cushions for cash to buy the Options? That's when the sp began to fall fast in Sweden and I imagine investors were working out as you were that selling some at above the placing price would buy them more shares . And the fact is the Company did get 5 million from private investors in Sweden (£5m) and that must represent confidence. I'm believing the story myself, just feeling all shook up a bit, possibly the result of the posting climate. The work is being done, it's slog as work always it but there's an end game in sight. That link about H2 Green Steel states their aiming for production end of 2025. Just musing.
