Form 8.5 reporters have been buying and selling. Sometimes more are bough than sold, and then vice verca. But as far as i can see there is no accumulation taking place...i will investigate a sample and report back tonight

I love. That is probably right. I compiled from time of bid interest (25th feb?) which compels shareholder with greater than 1% to officially state their position and then subsequently report any change.

Carrot, i would have thought the opposite- low chance of a large discounted placing. But you are not in...so carry on waiting while the sp keeps climbing. We all make our assessments on available information. I have posted the info underpinning my assessment.

My realistic scenario in current environment is wood group go to 70p+ and glencore goes sub 280p, rio about 4500 bhp 1700. Its all return/ risk evaluation for me...sorry...

Wood is undervalued and in a bid situation. It is some 5% off its recent high. Its business model seems is multi domestic or more precisely they have operations in different countries. In the meantime stocks are declining owing to trump tarrifs and a trade war. I feel in light of these factors wood is a relatively good place to park my money...

If required, at current sp equity would not make sense owing to degree of dilution. Corporate bonds put ownership at risk. Extending current borrowings and minimizing need for additional funds seems to me is what the company is doing. No turnkey contracts ought to reduce risk on the revenue side, but no figures to see how it is working out...etc. so a lot of things to consider, and many things possible.
