Thanks for the post. Will be interesting to see if the do post the voting results. As you say it would also tell a significant story that/if they do not.
I am not surprised, getting a vote down was going to be a long shot, but if the votes against were of some size it should be treated (but I doubt it) as a warning short for Sobel Moody. Hard to fathom how any "rational" investors can think that Sobel is doing a good job.
Well for me its not over. The next way for ward is to the Press.
I would need a suitable title to send in to, say the Telegraph: Can Private Investors ever stop a runaway board of directors?
Then go into the detail for the squandering of finances, failed business acumen, directors continued high salaries and share grabbing.
Backing it up with the RNS's to prove the loss of company cash reserves and directors pay, bonuses and only when the money was running out a share grab.
I believe it to be a topic that some of the tabloids could pick up.
As a long term holder, and without others cash to prop up the required average down, Sobel and his 2iC are very dangerous, inept and very greedy little piggy's.
