At above prices we are just off the bottom a long way to go up yet. I am keeping this safe haven for sure. No is the time to HOLD all of the precious metal miners.
Also nce all the Govt. stimulus creates inflation -Gold and Silver are also always the safe haven hedge. So we will get a second wind with the situation we are in. I also cannot sell an more shares for tax reasons as I have had a very good year.

I will not be drawn into any politics or long diatribe about the virus which we all see day in day out in the news. I only look at this web from a business point and try to stick to the facts. The precious metals market is a safe haven and it will always be one.

Hopefully we have all now benefitted from the turnaround (well those who held out the recent blip anyway) Looking at the Uk financials a week or two ago was too early to have come out of here.
So I go up to bed with Gold at USD1576 and Silver now at USD13.92 will help our other footse miners further too. Gold/Silver always were and always will be the safe havens. It looks like they may need to be for some time yet- Stay safe one and all.

Looks like precious metals are back in vogue, and the GBP V USD rate is in our favour too. I have seen on the Barrick web site we are mentioned (Acacia shareholders) for our rights to the extra dividend due for the other interests outside of the sale i.e. the gold that was held pre sale , and the exploration rights in the other African Countries, etc. To be honest this is starting to look a whole lot better than most of my other shares as the moment. All the Uk financials have taken a right hit!!

The PM has worked wonders we can now all stay at home and watch the Silver price rise back significantly to follow Gold.
Just had a quick look at my live Silver price and we are now at USD13.24 a 7.25% Increase for the USD but more crucially we are up 7.85% in Sterling. He has helped us tonight tremendously. I expect everyman to do his duty and to buy Fresnillo, Centamin and Hochschild mining shares. Priceless, ha.ha.

Even better news!!! I looked today and cannot believe the prices for Gold in Sterling which are at all time (over 30 yrs highs). This must have a very positive effect to our results and balance sheets for a UK listed Company.

Hi Q, yes above prices are not real live price. I have just seen on my chart for Fresnillo we are up 5%, and Hochschild is now up 17% and Centamin is up over 7%. Even my Barrick I inherited from from Acacia shares are up 11%. I have done very well today and expect this tone to continue. Whilst the central banks buy safety in Bonds and ETF's we will keep rising. By the way the Chinese buy more ETF's than anyone else in Gold and so we should also rise overnight with fingers crossed!!

Phil and Lynne the prices for precious metals are based on futures. i.e For future orders. As I said the other day it does not matter if HOC or any other miner are not actually producing as they can fill the order for the future date. They also do not operate like a sweet shop. In other words you will have to look at their accounts to see how much they still had produced unsold. I hear the market is short and so the prices will rise when the Fed is buying so many ETF bonds. What really is helping us with the FTSE miners is the R.O.E i.e Sterling is so low now against the USD our earnings MUST increase -happy days but you may have made a small error if you felt production cuts for 15 days (now only say 11 remaining will affect HOC) as the currency play has more of a benefit as it does for Centamin as well as Fresnillo to be honest.

Fres now also up by almost 4% to match Centamin we should be up by 10% in my opinion, let's see where we end Gold price USD1540 oz up 3.75% but crucially Sterling now up can you believe 5.78% -never seen anything like this. GBP = ONLY USD1.15 -Almost on a par. Our share price must look very, very cheap for the likes of Barrick ,etc.

We should be flying Hochschild is up over 15% our live price (not that quoted above is up just over 2%), we should catch up fast very soon. Gold and Silver still moving up fast and Sterling is falling, ideal conds for Fresnillo too.

Bargain opportunity here. my Barrick shares are up over 9%, My Hochschild over 13% and Centamin 2.61% ? we should be flying a lot more than this. Gold now over USD1540 and rising fast!!!
No point in being anywhere else as we have been saying for a couple of weeks, the Fed are throwing the kitchen sink at this now. What with sterling falling too I cannot wait for the Centamin earnings due out very soon!!!!!

We now have a turnaround at full throttle. We will rise from here in,line with the precious metals.

Live Hoc now over 94p and rising fast as expected - as the Fed buys the private bonds and ETF's the precious metals will rise. Happy days are here again for precious metal miners.

Gold also now up to USD1519 and rising, A great place to be here again in Frenillo who will benefit from both. Fed buying Binds and ETFS who buy Gold/Silver will really help us here. IMHO.

Gold back USD1500 infact already now USD1519 as I expected -now watch the precious metals prices.

Gold up in Usd 1493.62 up 0.64% but in GBP up 2.3n I6% A big difference for is here to benefit from. Sterling is falling against the dollar and when I last looked it was only USD1.15 = GBP1 . It. can never remember this before and will really help our earnings in the books. Whether we mine or not. Sterling is also up 1.94% in USD but again over an amazing 2.70% up in Sterling. We will recover at this rate -fast.

What for take over approaches here now as with the current rate of exchange we are looking very cheap to American comps with the Sterling -Dollar rate almost on a par. I looked 30 mins ago and it was just USD1.15 = I GBP -we are very vulnerable now to be snapped up by the big boys.
However Gold is still rising today and what with GBP falling out earnings this qtr will rise significantly on sales.
