Jtan relax...it will come good...its bad press at the moment...in the meantime passenger numbers are still going up..was talking to someone yesterday who works for company X and they flew 80% of staff and 20%stayed in the office PRE COVID..well, this person said that NOW, 78% of their staff are flying again and it will soon be back to 80%...and they use BA ONLY. Then another person told me that business is picking up as well!!!!! Relax Jtan...this will rise...i have no doubts about that..DYOR.

M1lky, yes, all shorthaul services without affecting customers by consolidating some flights on high frequency routes. it is 13% of shorthaul but longhaul where the money is not affected. BA is working on resolving staff issues and will be resolved in the near future. DYOR.
