Jtan, it's a consultative ballot only from what i read..another ballot would have to be done if the parts don't come to an agreement on some issue like the "me too clause" where if one department gets a better offer than the others then that offer has to be extended to all departments. Separately the article talks of another ballot of 500 employees but not sure when that result is out..So, i am sure ba will come to an agreement with their staff as it would be silly to start fighting and having strikes in the summer when the big money is made. Marab, when i say passengers numbers are going up i mean BA...and if any flights cannot be operated by BA, they have Iberia and Iberia express to run those flights from LHR. You can check that from ba.com. And number of flights going up, standing at just less than 650 today according to ba.com..so, what i am saying, revenue is going up and being kept in house.
