I know Skindle but the number of people flying is unaffected. they are just rebooked onto other flights..i would guess they have little free space and thats why they are forced to do this so they can guarantee a seat to all. Every day they are operating around 600 flights according to ba.com. Ticket prices just go up a bit more so the money made is actually the same if not more. All IMO.

IAG will get back to big profits in the medium term and oil prices will go down (war will end). whether it goes to 90p or not is irrelevant, one thing i know it will go up to £2 again...in the meantime I keep buying every month, long term it can only be a winner. A recession is not guaranteed either , by the way...and people will still travel..I have just booked another holiday in Novemeber in the US yesterday...Am i bothered by the price of heating and electricity...Noooooo...i love my holidays. Going to Europe on holiday next week too...Why not??? Hahahahaha.

Every day that passes, more and more staff are recruited..in fact BA saw applications from 60000 up to now and have recruited thousands already. Former German chancellor raises hopes of a ceasefire
Russia wants a negotiated solution to the war in Ukraine, former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder has said.
