today, the US market will make a turnaround as the fall is over a silly visit!! I mean, come on!!!really??? IAG should be gaining after being upgraded by 2 analysts..If I recall right, when we suffer a downgrade IAG dips...so when we get upgraded we should be flying...right??
No doubt us markets will reverse losses..at around 16.31!!!! hahahahaha.. DYOR.

Bank of America raises IAG price target to 150 (130) pence - 'neutral'
Bank of America raises IAG price target to 1.80 (1.50) EUR - 'neutral'
JPMorgan raises IAG price target to 1.30 (1.25) EUR - 'neutral'
Bernstein cuts IAG price target to 180 (190) pence - 'outperform'

Marab, who said less flights means less profit. If you check the number of flights from Heathrow is the same almost every day, 600-620 a day...long-haul flights are not cut. A few short-haul services are cut and people rebooked on other flights, so no loss there. The money is in long-haul by the way.The 3rd quarter profits will be a lot higher. And with oil staying low, under $100 can only be positive. $80 would be preferable. Staffing issues will be sorted soon as more people are recruited, they will be solved come September-October. AC, why so negative today?? If IAG tomorrow was 90pence you would be buying and be all positive!!!and nothing would have changed overnight!! Explain why?? Some on here have an agenda and it's to clear for all to see. Enjoy.

wasn't oil what people were always talking about before as a reason why airlines were spending billions on fuel, oil is an airline main expense bla bla bla....now gents we have oil at $98.6 (brent) and $92.8(WTI)...is this not a positive when only a few weeks ago people were talking of $150 a barrel?? BA is still flying approx. 600 flights a day carrying XXXXX pax a day..It's got to be worth more, i think its a bargain at these levels. DYOR though. All IMO.

With oil at these levels, profits will soar in the future..Hopefully we will shave another $20 dollars off the price of oil (china keeps shutting down cities due to covid)..Brent at $99.4 now. Hold on to your shares. DYOR.

Airlines going back up. US airlines up 2.5%, bodes well. EZJ almost positive.

Oil heading to $80...it's a good price for all including airlines. IAG share price will eventually go up if oil is back to $80.
Oil losing $5 a barrel now and a couple of days like this and we will hit $80. GLA.
