no worries mate...i was just thinking aloud, not directed at anyone. not u of course - just whoever it is that don't do their research on companies like this and pick off guys like us. it's great when the hardworking ones pull their resources together but this board is open to any tom, dick and harry to just pop in and steal info that we could have spent hours researching on. i'm sure some of us felt that way before...stocks have taken over my life, feeling the strain!!! =)

survey, ur 2nd sentence was spot on. this is definitely a long term share to see to it's full potential because this would be the perfect company - and only if labour stays in power next year. sometimes i wish there was a way to make these "chats" private, though...

i'm for investing long term too...i have to be, cos i'm still new to stocks! but like it or not, lots of daytrippers on this website. =) the ones that annoy the most are the ones that do no research at all... spacey, in the past, wasn't acquisition & mergers a way to grow shareholders' wealth or the board would be accused of not utilising resources to full capacity? however at times like this, investors want to see liquidity instead! this will pass and things will go back to normal again. if they have cashflow problems in the future, i can possibly see them disposing of some previously bought assets...

see if u guys can find the exact time of covenant breach because all i could find was them saying "later this year"...and for how much, i don't know. got a feeling SP will be back up to 25p to 30p by june. also, the ex-chairman had a proven track record so investors trusted this company but paul hamer(new guy), i don't know... del_boy, lucky you. i'm first got in at 18.5p, then averaged down to 10p. don't think i'll see it recover for a long long time....

SP definitely has potential. it's just undervalued at the moment because the chairman, ceo and director all left the company recently which probably caused a panic among investors. del_boy, u got stuck with CTT too? i'm losing big time there at the moment, but holding on to it.

i didn't see anything glaring in their accounts but i think you have better experience at analysing companies. shot up a little today.

I was contemplating buying this when they were 2p...just noticed the climb today. Looks like I missed out... =(
