Thats on existing 2nd hand houseing - not New build

Iona (done 30 nights on the Iona)

Buffet is fine, big selection, but it can be a bit hectic, but go away and go back later

There are 4 sections, 2 close when 2 open, to set up, refresh. If busy one end, it can be better the other.

The 3 main MDR, all serve the same food, but each has a differnt feel to it and size, menuu maybe 5-6 starter main pud etc. Always well seved, not to long, but dont mind a little wait>

Then can pay extra for 2-4 other places to each different themes etc....

Honest any one who complains is been fussy or trying to be a snob

My onlt issue, is a few are a bit casual in what wear............. look enjoy..... and spend loads to keep the revenue coming in

Just 300 to start - ive been selling a few shares that may do ok in long run but no dividend to biuying dividend paying shares

Looking at these and others to drip feed a few quid when retire 2 yrs 1 month (well thats the plan)... just hope world better place by then!

Over a lot of years, I reinvest a portion of the dividend so builds up. I am to much into TW and need to spread over more companies.

Whilst it’s often a disappointing share, its should be £2. I’ve held for several years and built pot. I’m happy taking my 4.7K when it arrives next day is so dividend and as long as keeps coming it does me.

Digital currant won’t take over, and don’t see relevance to TW share. We already are digital, but won’t be changing to crypto etc.

TW is a good company and well placed. (I subcontract to TW and others so see it on the ground)

Only wish more buyer of the shares than sellers to push that up a little.

Deck 8 has a walk way around, and if tall and stand on tip toes you may see over the barrier into the deck area.

If really wanted to, must look out to sea.

If reallly keen to not be seen, deck 8 may be a issue.

I did notice that the first 2-3 cabins at each end were more of an issue as the barrier a little lower, and can see some issue, if bothered about it. Doing 3rd Cuise on Iona June - Only issue is more booked to go as we do each one - but as a shareholder thats what want.

Best check the Facebook groups. Freedom is all we have done (Only done 2 cruises on Iona), anothe in June.

Go with the flow would be my recomendation. On Iona, so guess others the same, down load a short cut, looks like a APP, and can book many restraunts from there. You basically join a vertural Que. Best look up FB, a tip is look up the cruise your doing as often someone has set up a group specific so you end up discussing with those on the same Cruise. Enjoy, owe and claim your on Board spend as a share holder.

I believe Payment day for last div is this coming Friday 12th May - Though may take a day or two to get to your bank.

Sharehunter - I beleive so (I have heard that a blue card) may mean more to you than me. I believe you need to discuss that when book - its a discount rather than the earlier post for OBS (On board spend)

What is the view on LNG?
The newest in the P&Ocruise fleet, assume others in Carnival fleet ?
They sell as better for the enviroment, but dont know on the cost per nautical mile, and has cost been in line with oil??

My suggestion would be to get the facts about Taylor Wimpey as those would be beneficial to those here.
Pick a site at random and a few house types and tell me the selling price each month for the last 6 months, may be useful

Whilst I sat back and watched TW fall fall, not expecting to go so low, so wish I had converted to cash months ago.
However the company solid, sales poor currently, but with a huge effort to get handovers for year end, they will I expect end this financial with good results.
The chat about prices falling, well so what, it’s in the second house market and they could not go up for ever, a little step back not a worry, no point in pricing the new build buyers out of the market.
ok I’m down a fortune on the book, but they will come back and happy with my 8k div for the year (when the other 4 comes on the 18th)

Materials rising etc.... that's in the past..TW is half the price it should be with all your concerns now.
Instead of guessing Best give it a month or better the next half year report and see what the facts are

A lot of shareholders are those who holiday cruising. Need to apply its not automatic and must apply 3 weeks before the cruise, details are on the shareholder benefit page.

For CCL to make a profit - 5+ years
For me - my 400 shares average bought £9.30...Just going to sit and hope one day recover to £10 plus and in the mean time I have two cruises booked.. Close to full on P&O Cruises, lots of first time passengers and many rebooking. Big Debt but the revenue is also coming in (Nothing like Cineworld mentioned earlier)

Whilst Royal Caribbean in nothing to do with CCL - the sentiment behind it is that cruise ships need to improve connectivity. (Not that I care, but many do) --anyway when CCL do so post that news .

It was discussed on the Iona FB page and not a single person had seen any of this, though one post did say 10 years ago saw some posters. Just as the protestors blocking roads today - there will always be someone who protests about something. I believe in doing my own research, so booked another 23 nights just to check. ;)
