Cradock biofuels project to be case study for sector
"Peters said the Eastern Cape was one of the provinces that “holds a lot of promise” regarding biofuels, from crop cultivation to the actual production of biofuels.
With regard to the Cradock project being used as the case study, she said this means that “we are going to keep a close eye on this project in order to use the lessons learned to inform policy development and refine regulations going forward”.

And in regard to the Reuters article
"The high age of installed capacity in industrialised countries implies that retrofitting an aging fleet of plants will incur major costs," Axa said DOESN'T APPLY TO US BECAUSE IT WILL BE A NEW POWER PLANT AT THE MINE WITH CFBB
AGAIN, POLLUTION AND LAND ISSUED MENTIONED IN THE ARTICLE WILL NOT APPLY AS WITH CHINA
As they say, location location, location plus we have cleaner coal as well in our anthracite offering
and let's not forget the socio-economics.........98% unemployment in the area......
Does this mean with a 25% discard mix we could be looking at @ $10 per ton avg. cost to us for the PP ? What would handling fees be to the PP at Indwe?
So we have 3 values of coal.......Anthracite ......Thermal(with washed middlings).....and discard for the minemouth PP(to be blended in with lower quality ROM coal).
Now correct me if I'm wrong but is that a total of 25% Anthracite....46.8% Thermal...... and the Discard minus ash to the IPP? Is it 10% ash?
