Good question JC...… As long as they have produced from the new well I think they have fulfilled their duties to the SLB to hold onto the permit. What happens after that is another question.... maybe deal with Bronco/COGCC in the future if things don't go well with Anadarko..... who knows?

JH....Renegade has recently received permits from Arapahoe to move heavy equipment in and drill on 33. It has probably already been drilled...…. Would like to know if they are producing? If so, they will hold onto that lease. Still could make a deal .

It looks to me as if everything has been put on hold so they can set up the Pilot Project and start testing it..... testing only to last for 9 months inclusive of flowback and production waters.
