I think HNR need to take their cash and walk away. Hope they have learned a lot from their experiences... though everyone is suppose to be so professional... how did they get to this point in the first place???

Now I must say under these circumstances, wasn't it a good idea for the BOD to conserve cash so they can move forward elsewhere if they can....They haven't kept us bogged down because of the decision here today.

So the southern sections are going nowhere soon. Will have to set another hearing date down the road if HNR and Renegade kiss and make up.... Director to referee and make that decision when the time comes I guess.

Looks like they are going to vote on deferring the pooling until a later time after HNR and Renegade work it out even if it means the courts

I think it's all WIP.... There are things that happen (more recently) that the BOD have to fight every day and they put the company first to protect it. Renegade? New 6 month contract on 33 with an increase in what royalty they have to pay......Best thing to happen is a deal be made with them but I'm not so sure it's possible. Back to the board for a rethink on how to reorganise the futture setup.

I believe it's nowhere near over yet and will continue beyond the COGCC hearing (I can see no problems here at the hearing unless they discuss pipelines and SUAs) I think most of the committee was very impressive, they are now having to deal with something that was probably badly written and ignored until now and should have been in the courts. Is True footing the bill now?

I think ConocoPhillips will have to step up to the plate on this one if they want it to succeed.... not at the hearings.

Can see them drilling from the cop side if they do....
