I believe the dates are just guidance... not set in stone... :-)
"Sorry, I am out of the office until November 14th. I will endeavour to answer your e-mail on my return. Thank you"
It is a spacing application Dave so may very well if the backlog isn't too big...…. I believe peeps have 30 days to make a comment about it once it lands on the web site.
And will they hear the Dec. Dockets in Dec.?
Final Due date for permit.... 1/15/2019
But we've seen them take a lot longer
They keep adding.... up to 24 well applications now.
Here's a couple of them

A Spacing Application has been submitted for December Docket #181200923
We are also 6 hrs ahead of them (Normally 7 hrs due to time change)…. Mountain Time Zone
I don't think they will be permits but applications for permits...
And????
They will start the second day of the hearing today.
"It feels like they're trying to get through as many permits as possible before the laws could change in a few weeks," explains McNamara.
What a load of BS.... the COGCC has been inundated with applications for a very long time... in fact they hired a couple of newbies at the beginning of the year to help catch up with the backlog.
Not to be confused with the application for 104 wells in West Denver as well as... :-)
Also in Lincoln. Kit Carson and Jefferson Counties.
OK I'll start it.....
Colorado State Land Board has an auction next month and HNR have nominated several parcels of land to be put up for auction.... mostly in Washington County …
