Thanks Chester. I did go back through all RNS's and Reports but obviously didn't pick up on it. I am re-visiting all my research and have started nitpicking - my way of not getting carried away with this share but I think this is a bit of a gem. Back to the nitpicking!!

I was interested in the TRX statement that to train their staff takes between 6 to 9 months. Given that this is a very specialist sector and the availability of ‘ready trained staff’ is restricted, how have we managed to run double shifts to meet the demand? Increasing staff hours and overtime are options in the short term, but over a protracted period it is not a sustainable model, not least for the welfare of the staff.
I can’t think that there were suitably qualified staff in the vicinity just kicking their heels waiting for the call or did we have the foresight to establish a training programme in anticipation of the call to arms. Any help on this front appreciated.

My advice would be to go and do a bit more research. You are invested in a share that does have a great deal of potential but needs a few things in place before that potential is realised. There is plenty of good research out there but you might want to start with the company web site and read the recent RNS's. Good luck with your investment but please tread carefully.

The upcoming Ramson's statement will be a strong indicator of sentiment in this share. A positive statement will boost the share price and will trigger some profit taking. Hopefully any increase in the share price will hold without too much of a re-trace. I expect to be here for a while as this share has legs, in my opinion anyway.

That is a considerable cost saving in the example given. Investment in this technology ticks so many boxes not least the environmental, but the cynic in me recognizes that it will be the potential cost savings that drives the investment/initiative of the companies buying our product. Still, it is a win/win situation.

If crossing the 30% threshold was after 6th February 2020, then the share price that would have to be paid to existing shareholders would be significantly less than before, as the price was on a bit of a peak 12 months back from this date. Just killing time whilst I try to work out what is going on.

When a person or group acquires interests in shares carrying 30% or more of the voting rights of a company, they must make a cash offer to all other shareholders at the highest price paid in the 12 months before the offer was announced (30% of the voting rights of a company is treated by the Code as the level at which effective control is obtained). So if all these shares are being acquired on the cheap, somebody may well be able to pay off the rest of us at the higher rate (highest price paid in the last 12 months) - or is that too simplistic???

If it is the staffing structure I have seen Woodstock there are some big hitters in the organisation. Janet Lambert (CEO) held leadership positions in government relations, marketing and business development at large and small life science organizations, including GE and InforMax. Her experience also includes legislative and staff leadership positions in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. Interestingly she was Vice President of Government Relations and head of the Washington office of Life Technologies, aiding the company in its growth from $300 million in annual sales to more than $3 billion. Apologies if I have got this wrong but I had these details in my research file from quite a while ago

Charts have their place Office, and Liam has been very generous with his time and knowledge. But yes, you need to know when and how to apply that knowledge and maybe TRX is not the best opportunity to apply charting skills. More suited to Footsie 100 stocks, as Liam made very clear.

Jonny, it is your prerogative as an investor to seek clarification from the Company if you deem it necessary. My concern was the rabble rousing, encouraging everybody to contact them. It is that aspect of your post that I found concerning nothing more.

Jonny, I have been in shares where investors have been encouraged to contact the Board on an almost daily basis. From experience I have always found it counter-productive. I am not sure what the purpose of the enquiry is as I am sure any notifiable news will be released in the proper manner.

I have to drive past their office this afternoon, might call in and ask them. To be fair, the last thing the company wants is investors pressuring them for information. Let them get on with developing the company, the share price will take care of itself.

Don't want to stop them working Liam. I must have driven past their offices for years without realizing.

Doing a bit more reading and found out I live 5 miles from Tissue Regenix's base in Leeds. Might call in for a cuppa!!

Sorry Bunsen, didn't mean to be so dismissive. I'm new to this share having got in last week. I looked at Increased production in the American plant to meet increasing demand, scrutinized the term loan re-structure, noted that performance is weighted to second half of the year. So much more but there's a start.
