The last RNS signs off with the ubiquitous catch all 'a further update will be made in due course'. Your definition of an acceptable update may differ from mine, as may your definition of 'in due course'. I would have expected an update/progress report by now. Quality communication is key at such times and I would prefer a well versed RNS addressing the issues than a knee jerk reactive RNS that asks more questions than gives answers. Several days have passed, enough time to issue the former.

Thanks Indy. I just thought will all the speculation flying around about one thing or another I would ask the question directly to the Company. Not sure what can be disclosed but if any clarity is given on any of the items I raised, I will be more than happy to share, (if I would not be breaching any confidentiality). Clarity of TR1 procedure in these circumstances would be a help!

I have emailed Caitlin Pearson this morning (Head of Communications at TRX) for clarity on a few issues. I am not expecting a disclosure of price sensitive information, nor am I in the habit of hounding companies I am invested in, but some clarity given the cyber attack update, Woodford and finance would be useful. They may be able to clarify how TRX shares were packaged in the Link offload if nothing else.

Is it possible that the shares held by Link are broken down into the individual client holdings rather than one large holder because of the liquidation? As such, the relative holdings of each client, when sold individually or part of an aggregate sale, would not necessitate a TR1 as no significant threshold is crossed. Just thinking outside the box here and it could be utter b******s.

Agreed DontFret - and therein lies the problem, we are dependant on the XSG Twitter feed for information, some of which I feel would be better served in an RNS to the shareholders. Maybe what they are releasing on Twitter is not market sensitive enough to be worthy of an RNS. I feel differently. Pardon the pun but it will all come out in the wash! Onwards and upwards.

The Twitter feed hints at agreements and licences being in place.

So our technology is being integrated in to commercial washing machines by a major manufacturer in India and it is being reported on Twitter!

Good buy that chester. I have started investing again with two old football and cricket mates who are new to this. It is very interesting to see their reaction to news (being newbies) and mine. They are great sounding boards and often ask the obvious, but often overlooked questions. I find this keeps me grounded and focused. Easy to get carried away with a smug satisfaction that everything is ok and you take your eye off the ball. They wanted excitement so we went for AIM. We have two Woodford shares TRX and XSG - similar in so many ways and I expect both to do very well. If they don't then it's payback for my ex cricket captain who didn't give me a fielder in 'cow corner' against Long Marston in 1984 when their opener was hoying everything in that direction. Ended well - yorked him!!

I researched the hell out of this share as it was my first investment after 7 years of not investing. The cyber attack came out of left field, but apart from that there have been no surprises for me here. I am extremely comfortable with my investment and I am currently laughing at the gloaters that have appeared on Twitter. Always amazes me how people get a perverse satisfaction when somebody's investment fails or appears to fail - some things haven't changed after 7 years! The portfolio of product that TRX have needs and will get a wider market. There are several avenues they can take and funding will be made available I am sure. AIM is driven by fear and sentiment and a badly worded RNS and a cyber attack in close proximity is going to give any share a kicking. Along with Link/Woodford you have to look beyond the headlines and the people wanting to drag the share down. Blind optimism - yep, been accused of that before, but I trust my research. This is a good 'un!!

A lot of businesses carry insurance for such events, and insurance is referenced in our RNS, so pretty sure we are covered. There are strict protocols to be followed in the case of an attack, some of which, having experienced an attack, are a bit OTT but are necessary to fulfill the insurance criteria. Depending on the severity, normal business can be up and running pretty quickly.

If we can't grow quickly enough to meet demand, we could licence other companies and generate revenue that way. The margins would be significantly lower but would 'buy time' to grow.

So we are a relatively small but expanding company with a range of game-changing products, that have the appropriate accreditation and licenses, support and mentoring of ARMS, in a huge market. The current share price is ridiculously low, in part to the Link selling, and maybe due to the unresolved funding. If it hasn't already got funding sorted I am sure it soon will have. Our range of products will not be allowed to fail for the sake of a relatively small amount of funding, my fear is one of the big pharmaceuticals making a bid. Exciting times!!

That is fantastic news hopeabound and thank you for posting. If it wasn't for the Twitter feed I wouldn't have a clue what was happening here. Time to update the shareholders methinks - it appears you have a lot of good news to share with us!
