Not sure if this has been posted, or indeed if this link works. It is an interview with Gerry Brandon of Integumen. Well worth a listen. If we are working with this guy I can only see positives for MWG. Love the turn of phrase 'run out of runway'. It will make sense in the context of the presentation. Enjoy!!

Has the non-binding agreement with Cellulac that was due to be signed off on or before 31st March, actually been signed off. It was mentioned in the RNS of the 26th Feb 2020 presumably with the intention of signing off quite quickly.

"Modern Water, the global water crisis monitoring and solutions provider, announces that it has signed a non-binding heads of terms with Cellulac plc ("Cellulac") to enter a multi-year framework services agreement ("Agreement") to be completed on or before 31 March 2020 for the supply of water contamination monitoring equipment, services and decontamination membrane solutions across Cellulac's sales, marketing and distribution channels in waste-water, chemical, biochemical, biofuel and biodegradable plastic industries. The introduction to Cellulac was made by Gerard Brandon, a proposed director of Modern Water."

LSE has been having problems for a while. It reported on Twitter it was having operational difficulties and this may be the cause of the reporting issues. Seems to be happening a lot on LSE. For me, the message boards don't seem to be updating.

I monitor and research MWG over many different platforms and social media. Frustratingly the last Twitter posting for MWG was 23rd December 2019. A lot has happened since then. Not a staunch advocate of posting everything that can be posted on Twitter, but if the Company does have such account, it should endeavour to keep it current. If they do not value such a platform then close it. Out of date platforms give the wrong impression about a company, bit like keeping the web site up to date as per mugginsthedog's post.

Refreshing to see a board that can have a healthy exchange of views and be prepared to back up their arguments/point of view. I have some sympathy with mugginsthedog but I particularly enjoyed the robust defence/statement from gjbrandon. It was the agreement with Integumens that finally made my mind up to invest here as I can see so many working synergies and huge advantages of using the superior lab's provided by Integumens. R+D is a drain on resources but hopefully we are now in a position to profit from all the hard yards put in over previous years. Tough but exciting times ahead. Please excuse the enthusiasm from a new investor - not meant as a ramp!!

Recently attended at Football Club reunion at The University of Exeter. Chatting to a former player, he was a friend of Neil Woodford, who graduated from Exeter in 1981. Bit of irrelevant gossip but helps pass the time. Didn't learn much from talking to his though!!

Is Swillington not just an administration hub Paul, and as such probably has people working on the admin' from home. Driven past the site in the past but didn't take much notice of whether it was office or ortherwise.

I had a buy set for .4 and was hoping for a bit of a dip first thing. Well invested here so not too fussed I missed out on some extra this morning.

Research and development is a huge strain on a company. Tissue Regenix is entering a new phase, albeit with an R+D element, it is essentially production and licensing. It will be in a position, very soon (current finance situation resolved), to reap the benefits of the years of research. This is a key moment for the Company. My other share, Xeros Technology are in exactly the same position. Both could fly very high!

The last RNS addressed a number of issues and was not solely geared around the finance deal (much as I would have liked it to be). So an RNS with a finance agreement/update would not be out of order at this moment in time. Bring it on!!

A few big buys gone through!!

Yep, not a firework in the sky stat' Jessell but in the context of the RNS it exemplified a cost saving and in my book a positive. Sorry to see you go and good luck.

My expectation was that the RNS that dropped on Monday was going to be the definitive clarification/confirmation of the funding. It clearly wasn’t what we were all hoping for and as such it got a negative reaction from the market.
Taking a step back and looking at the RNS in the cold light of day it actually doesn’t read too badly.
Positive one: “Tissue Regenix has successfully implemented various cost control measures, resulting in the Board's belief that the Company's available cash runway will now continue to support its working capital requirements until at least the end of the second week of May 2020”

Positive two:. “The Company has implemented UK and US government-led policies in relation to the COVID-19 crisis and will continue to monitor the evolving situation” So TRX are managing the COVID crisis as well as can be expected.

Positive three: The San Antonio facility remains fully operational with no material impact on processing

Positive four: The facility is aligned with the recommendations from the American Association of Tissue Banks regarding tissue procurement guidelines and there continues to be no constraints on supply of tissue.

Positive five: Demand for the Company's BioRinseTM portfolio continues to exceed capacity. Consequently, the Company currently has not experienced any material reduction in net revenues versus expectations.

Positive six : The re-prioritisation of health care professionals has led to a slight decline in the number of elective procedures undertaken, which has been most evident in urogynaecology. So only a slight decline at a time where I would have expected a bigger impact.

The kicker is that funding discussions have not been concluded. The wording “the Board is encouraged by a number of ongoing discussions with potential investors which the Board is working to conclude in the near future” is too vague for me. Terms like “encouraged”, “ongoing” and “near future” do not give me a definitive time-frame, something I was looking for in this RNS.

The scary bit, “there is no guarantee that any such discussions will result in near-term funding being made available to the Company. Should this funding not be forthcoming before the Company's available cash runway expires then the Board will be required to take action to protect the interests of creditors and which, if necessary, is likely to result in a material reduction in any resulting value attributable to shareholders” may be a caveat insisted upon by Nomad.
We may be close to funding and/ or partnership/takeover but until the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed that cannot be put out in an RNS.
I was frustrated but not surprised by the market reaction to the RNS but I am very optimistic about TRX and continue to hold. Good luck to all holders.
