TEK are locked in to keeping BELL shares for the moment anyway, as far as I am aware until next May, due to the floatation regulations preventing sale before a year is up...someone may correct me, as it could be two years??

I concur that there is defo legs in the BELL share price, their offerings appear to be improvements on POC's currently in general use, allied with the covid situation, meaning more patients will require treatment than has historically been the case

CEO has stated that TEK will return monies to shareholders in the form of special dividends on numerous occasions, so I took my lead from him regarding the conversion of assets to cash...

GLA currently nailing it at +11.29% on the day

I stated that personally I feel TEK should have a larger cap than BELL, not as a criticism, but because I think TEK is such a good multi faceted investment, which the market has not recognised yet...

Special dividends have been promised by Cliff, and understandably the company will retain a portion of monies raised by, for example, the sale of BELL shares, to further the company's portfolio, I'm in no great hurry for SDs personally, happy to see the SP tick up to the heights it more deserves to be imho

Making TEKs 15% share worth £16m, which divided by TEKs 130.83m shares in issue currently, comes to over 12p per share, looking good for a special dividend in due course...also BELL still rising!

Personally feel TEK should have a larger Mkt cap than BELL considering all that is encompassed, hopefully just a matter of time??

Thanks djmoggy - when I looked at the trades, there was the buy at 25p, which seemed to be the cause...

Bit of disparity on SP Today - AJ Bell, Proactive, Google and Interactive Investor all have us +0.75p for the day = +3.09%

Seems like late buys took us from -4.12% to add almost 7% after hours
