Quick question - how can MCLS have average revenue over the past 5 years of £3.18m PER DAY and a Market Cap currently of £5.19m?

Agreed beardozer - RNS wording was bizarre, started off with talk of softer trading over Easter, then Morrisons Daily performing strongly and optimistically
Am I missing something? Revenue £1.2b but Market Cap £5.6m, debt a manageable £100m??

Anon - not cynical, just reading between the lines...EVR have put nothing out in the press to decry the unfairness of the suspension, nor taken legal measures to have it overturned (to my knowledge), therefore there is some unstated acceptance of the FCA decision, for whatever reason.

I more feel that we are in a 'least said, soonest mended' situation with the FCA/Govt - EVR and the authorities may have reached an unstated agreement to leave things as they are for the moment - possibly Govt actually do have some 'dirt' on EVR, but EVR could potentially beat them in Court on the way things have been done...
Govt don't want the potential embarrassment and EVR don't want any possible reputational damage

Ralph - the company should conserve cash currently given the circumstances imho, a scrip divi would be better than nothing at all (some investors have intimated here that they would reinvest a cash divi in more EVR shares anyway) and as I have suggested EVR could instigate a buy back programme at a later juncture, which would negate any dilution a scrip divi would cause

Any thoughts on if EVR issued a scrip only dividend in the current circumstances? It would enable the company to conserve cash, and there is always the possibility of EVR conducting a 'buy back' programme when the world returns to sanity??

Hi Large Gin, my wish that we could return to discussing SP movement wasn't aimed at yourself, just a general wish for business to return to normal really.
Might be a while though before suspension is lifted, but I plan to hold long term as a dividend stock, so am being patient currently

The argument regarding 'missile pointing' works both ways, however.
The chance of France invading UK is zero.
The chance of Mexico invading USA is zero.
The chance of Russia invading Ukraine is, well we know the answer to that...
That would then make it justifiable for Ukraine to wish to have NATO bases??

Putin has rolled the dice here, stranger things have happened than regime change because of failed military operations - populations want to distance themselves from under achievement, Russia can be viewed as a financial underperformer too, with a similar GDP to Spain (I have read) considering the vast natural resources at their disposal, disapointing??

Reaction in Russia will be interesting when soldiers head home, say even on leave - the true situation may be better revealed to the population, rather than what the media is permitted to say

Firstly let's hope for a quick resolution to the war/invasion, for the sake of Ukraine
Secondly, I feel our shares may remain suspended until its over, and should it become protracted, EVR may well list elsewhere - unsure as to how simple that may prove
Fear is that a new 'iron curtain' is forming and EVR will be broken up
Otherwise something may come out of 'leftfield' regarding EVR ownership

Is the RASP demerger total, or is EVR retaining a percentage of the ownership/shares?

McDs are the kind of company who might embrace Microsalt, they have a desire to promote their healthy/ethical angle if at all possible, however

Added RRR yesterday having noticed that numerous drilling results are imminent (and looking promising), that the market cap is only £7.3m compared to £19m in assets, also more than one IPO due in short order to boost the coffers...therefore a decent buy, I'm thinking...
However, in the cold light of day, these statistics might be seen as a double edged sword - why is the market cap so low compared to assets, I find that unusual, is RRR mismanaged, unlucky, or what?
Company seem to view IPOs and JVs as the way to raise revenue, less is being said about cash being made by actually mining ore in comparison, unless my reading has been amiss...
Hopefully my first impressions will be correct and RRR SP will more correctly reflect the assets and prospects in due course, because this could possibly be a terrific investment in all honesty.

Yes, a lot of unknows TC - my thinking being that there is undoubtedly further revenue since the $415,185 was stated, with possibly the xmas period still to be disclosed
Time will tell more fully, but I'm not disappointed, to be honest

You make a good point cm22, I've seen buys listed as sells, and no doubt vice versa occurs
Hopefully SP will climb from here though, it truly deserves to, given the direction TEK (the business) is taking, positives on all fronts

SP late dip all the more puzzling/annoying when on this very forum 'TEK Fundamentals' state that Vol Sold was 1,092,274 and Vol Bought was 1,816,931
Certainly the business seems to be doing well for us, however, patience will surely pay
