What I seriously don’t get is that if Texas is the dream area why o why is there not an absolute queue of investors beating down doors to get part of the action. To me it’s like and old cow who has been milked to death. Admittedly it is safe but exciting probably not.

I personally take comfort from the fact that someone like Grand Chief D wants to be invested in PPP. After so much doom and gloom (and depression) on my part then it is refreshing. Frankly on these boards who is right who is wrong 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ - strong views in both camps. Just happy to be back trading (soon) and have an individual with deep pockets in our corner. GLA

I’ll be totally honest I voted no as well. As things stand (🤞🤞🤞) I will be the first person to put my hands up and admit I was wrong. Currently yes I am grateful for the yes vote.

I take your point Affrm I felt the same way. Ultimately we are where we are and effectively their is not a great deal us downtrodden shareholders can do about it. I honestly feel alot happier being optimistic about this share. Whatever is going to happen will happen. Your optimism kept me going during the first few months of suspension 👍

I think the good news will be as outlined in the 9.26 post from Zag below.

All being well PPP accountants have advised accounts should be signed off 1st week Feb. Company to submit application to commence trading in tandem with sign off. I’m not the most knowledgeable but in a former life with another share from acc sign off/publication date it took approximately a week. Hopefully back trading second week Feb (or earlier 🤞). Really happy as i’d written this one off. GLA

Agree Uncle - I take lots of positives from his involvement. I just can’t see why considering the successful businesses under his belt at 80 odd years of age why he would throw away his reputation and legacy on something that was not 100% legit. I’m holding tight.

I won’t be buying anymore either. I certainly feel optimistic and think we may have dodged a bullet. Like you Pacman I value my marriage too much.

You could be right Zag in terms of the physical issue of the shares. However I thought the plan was to issue offer documentation prior to account publication. I’m happy to be corrected on the timing issue Zag 👍

Share offer being made as a result of rejection of motion 2 on the recent ballot.

If I understood correctly shares to be offered to existing holders prior to publication of accounts. Chief Derrickson said he would purchase any shares not taken up during this offer. Recording of tonight’s call being added to PPP website around 11.00am tomorrow.

All being well PPP looking to publish accounts first week in Feb. Simultaneously apply for suspension to be lifted.

Hopefully the BOD will give us a road map to recovery on tonight’s call. Let’s see 🤞

Hopefully we will Affrm. On the call Richard said that once the resolutions were out the way PPP were looking to start cash generating as early as Feb. Presumably he meant initiate the steps towards generating cash flow - which is significant progress.In all honesty we should hear something worthwhile apart from the obvious return to trading etc.

Agree dealer. We should also get some PPP estimates of the reserves in the Ukraine licence. Richard kind of referred to it in a throw away comment fashion on the last call. Anything that is discussed on Thurs without prior notification in an RNS is fairly superficial stuff. Admittedly though the improvement in comms is still welcome.

TBH Townman after being led up the proverbial garden path with this share and as someone who was very cynical having blind faith is the preferred option for me. Whatever will be, will be but for sure feeling optimistic is alot better place to be in. Good Luck Guys.
