Agree Mr Spinks isn’t quite the best in class he tries to portray. That said if I did similar research into TE throw in all his past directorships and RNS proclamations and we have two similarly bad CV’s. Devil in the deep blue sea scenario here guys 😢

Affrm - until we hear of a robust alternative to the PPP plan we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. In the absence of a suitable alternative I will be voting yes. Frankly as things stand it’s not much of a choice.

Unfortunately I can’t claim the credit for highlighting the possibility of the suspension. I picked up on it after Delta posted it on here. Tbh I wrongly thought DV was just causing mischief as PPP were flying at that time. I researched it and realised I was doing the guy an injustice. I subsequently posted it on TG and got booted off by then regime. I keep my head down on both boards now as it’s all smoke and mirrors with PPP. Wishing everyone luck we need it.

For what it’s worth. I’ve asked for details of reserves in Ukraine. Like everything with this company not holding my breath. But it’s inconceivable (maybe not 🤷‍♂️) that PPP would obtain leases there without appropriate reserve data.

My niggle is that it would be a hollow victory. I don’t deny it would be joyous seeing the look on Lunns face when initially it all goes t-t’s up for him. That said he would regroup and no doubt pick up the assets via another route.
