What restored my faith in this share was Grand Chief Derrickson’s comment on the last group call. He has deep pockets and a reputation. Why would he risk that. Other people need to prove things that guy definitely not.

Significant dilution

Agree Tiger my gut feeling is that dilution is inevitable. That said, maybe just maybe we might have some great assets. And despite the dilution we are all better off. I’m being pragmatic who knows (only the BOD). I’m marginally optimistic and in a lot happier place than I was. Looking forward to hearing Casper’s views 😉

As for Greg 🤷‍♂️. I’ve filtered him. The individual clearly thrives on conflict and malcontent. Let’s be honest in the run up to the vote this board was like a bare knuckle fight with definite opinions on both sides. Where was Greg then (thankfully quiet). Now it’s relatively harmonious who crawls out the woodwork again. Guess who 🤔.

Thanks Tiger had a cracking Christmas. My fear was that PPP would go into administration. Once I came to terms with that I was able to move on. So for me whatever happens on resumption of trading so be it. However I am becoming increasingly optimistic that this share could actually deliver. For me the standout moment was Grand Chief Derrickson saying (during the last conference call) he has the money to make this a success.

Could have, should have, would have - let’s face it time to move on with this share. We are where we are. I’d written this off but at least it’s highly probable it will trade again. Hopefully the new regime will deliver on their promises. For the record I voted no to both resolutions. Hopefully an RNS will drop this morning with positive news to mull over with the turkey and booze. Merry Christmas guys and here’s to a successful New Year.

Anyway guys a Happy Christmas to you all. Hopefully 2026 will be our year and PPP will come good after all. I took heart from Grand Chief Derricksons positive comments (on the conference call) about having ample finance to make PPP successful. Maybe 2026 might be our year. Luckily my Mrs has forgiven me for foolishly over investing in this share.

I’m not in the habit of slagging off the PPP BOD but at a time when they are trying to get their shareholders on side to secure a yes vote. Why o why could they not provide us with this sort of information. Basic stuff really guys not rocket science- come on COMMUNICATION 🤷‍♂️
