As per my assertions, the red flag was the chairman selling majority of his holding in Feb whilst the company was being talked up..
the lack of revenue growth rate as shown by the company..
the chairman dumped his entire holding in July whilst the company was being talked up, just 4 working days after the TU was a huge red flag.
The lack of contracts was expected...
I believe they have a questionable business model...

Given your comments on TLY, I think you're wrong there as well. They are winning contracts, around £20m recently and have c40% IIs, chairman buying. Mcap £16m. Huge opportunities when the govn, who favour private providers, announce their new NHS plan in the spring.
