1st week of 2025 gone and still no contracts.

My assertion and warnings were consistent that the revenue growth rate has slowed, hence why the chairman dumped his entire holdings.

Why is it gone so quiet - no posts for a week?

There you go, exactly as predicted, traders selling out. This was

pumped/dumped over the past few days. There was no company newsflow.

I see it as churning by the same people.

The traders are then suggesting buying some back suggesting.

The Govn announced increase in Private Sector usage, which should lead to more contract wins for TLY.

I think Newlands increasing shows their confidence in the business.

Now c50% of TLY held by Major Shareholders, with 3%+

As you have seen, the company has a history of placing, buybacks, options, profit warnings, court cases.

They are already dual listed. US investors and US peers already aware of them. It's the company newsflow which will matter not the Nasdaq listing.

You're right, several AIM holders are dumping. Also as the potential arb play will end, arb traders will also sell out.

Question is how many will dump their shares before the sole listing?

The current mcap compared to the current fundamentals, revenues and potential is far more important than historical mcap.

Likewise, I think company newsflow is far more important than TA.

As an example, a company could be about to announce a placing because cash burn suggests they will need it. That news is far more important than historical mcap.

Eg I mentioned Polb is likely to need a placing before H1 2025(30th June) and they have announced one. The shares crashed.

They also have NIL revenues.

I maintained these were pumped/dumped throughout.

Nil revenue and £50m mcap.

Compare that to TLY, which was regularly deramped here.

Recently announced £27m contract wins/extensions.

NHS news is all over the media. Labour using more private providers.

TLY have £85m revenue forecast for fy2025, ie 3 months time.

I've maintained my assertion there will be a placing before H1 2025 results.

Reading the company newsflow etc

Look at the interims.

They had around £1.2m revenues.

Mcap is around £10m

I think the mcap being too high. They need significant news to justify it.

Look at TLY (Healthcare) - they recently won £27m contract wins/extensions. They provide services to the NHS, inc Elective care to reduce the waiting lists.

Read any media news. NHS funding and plans are priority, inc using private sector.

TLY's forecast fy2025(ends 31st March, same as FAB), revenue is £85m.

There aren't hundreds of PIs.

Look at the trades, several of 9 or 10shares. Why would someone buy 9 or 10 shares.

Obviously rampers churning trades. Obviously, to move the sp.

I backed my assertion, bought because they are being pumped up and sold for the same reason. Why would I continue to hold a share which I believe is being pumped on no company newsflow.

I'll read the company newsflow and comment as and when.

Btw, Polb still crashing as I predicted. HVO thread gone quiet as I predicted.

It's their interims, which shows during the 6 months cash is down from £1.2m to £400k.

I agree the Grant will help but will it be enough is the question.

Look at my posting history, all risk based commentary - Byot/Nano/HVO/Trmr etc. I post company/sector newsflow, ask questions. I also post risks, warnings based on company statements, facts and my opinions on those. They all crashed with the company publishing newsflow vindicating the concerns.

I will see what they say and read through previous company statements.

The company newsflow was as expected.

The collapse in the sp isn't a surprise.

Look at SLN, Trmr, AHT.

They all moved to dual/sole listing on Nasdaq. They all crashed.

SLN was $28 now around $7

Trmr was 800p(UK price) when dual listed then crashed towards 150p. I warned on the red flags there and the company newsflow vindicated my warnings.

AHT - recently announced move to US listing. Their shares crashed 40%.

Listing on US often leads to shares being pumped to gullible PIs but so many times ends in tears.

Where have the Polb/HVO gang of rampers disappeared to?
