I can't find the European Standard number, EN 14476 on WHO/CDC website? Can you please show me where it's stated that people should only use products with the European Standard number on them? Do products outside of EU have to carry the European Standard Number?

WHO/CDC advice is to use Soap/Water or Alcohol based sanitiser.

I hope governments contain the virus quickly. I hope people use common sense and follow WHO/CDC advice and use an alcohol based sanitiser.

the point is simple..

If you were looking for hand sanitiser, would you follow WHO, CDC or Dettol's advice to use an Alcohol based sanitiser or would you use Byot's, a private company, NON-ALCOHOL based sanitiser?

Common sense dictates that the VAST MAJORITY of people, inc governments, would follow WHO/CDC advice.

It's up to individuals as to whether they choose to heed or ignore WHO/CDC/Dettol advice but I believe and would expect the vast majority and governments to follow and promote it.

Common sense dictates to listen to WHO/CDC advice. I'd expect the vast majority of people to follow their advice and check that the sanitiser is alcohol based. Better safe than buying any old hand gel/sanitiser.

Seems like they are expanding THC.

Despite including revenues/cash from these discontinued operations, the fy2019 revenues are STILL down a around 50% from the expectations from a year ago.
The revenues and cash from these discontinued operations will NOT be included in the CURRENT year.
That is not history that is relevant to the CURRENT fy2020.

How much revenue & cash was generated by Tremor & R1's Yume???
Will the revenue/cash generated by Unruly be enough to replace the revenue/cash lost by the discontinued operations, inc Perk.com??.

Can you post the evidence that things WILL be different this year?

The question here is if Byot can seize the opportunity and gain any partnerships..
Last May, the sp was lower when they were 'close' to signing a 2nd national retailer. There hasn't been any contracts signed with a 2nd National retailer.
They also had a contract to supply Tescos via Robert McBride plc, a contract which they lost recently.

The sp is now higher and the current trial at Target is due to end next month and there is NO confirmed partnership/contract... No news of new partnerships to replace Robert McBride either..

I think the hope of signing a partnership, probably with lower margins, higher commission, is already in the price.

I'm stating the fact that even though they held nearly 30% around 4 years ago:
1) the sp still collapsed, from around 500p to current rthm equivalent around 170p
2) Singer still 'sold off' at a price which was lower than when he took over
3) Other larger investors have come and gone - where's Richard Griffiths holding?
4) Trmr still faced Industry Challenges
5) Trmr closed several of rthm's operations.

Did Tosca see those well documented Industry Challenges when they invested? Did they see that rthm's revenue was going to crash?
Blackrock held around 15% of Blnx, didn't they?

So the point is II holdings isn't evidence that the company is going to do well nor that they will tackle the ever increasing Industry Challenges. The evidence is IF they can back up their bullish comments with solid proof in the results. So far there's no evidence.

They announced a transformational year in 2016 and were concentrating on their core operations in line with Industry trends.

They are now following rthm's model. Rthm made a loss for years...

The interims showed that they don't know what they were doing. They closed several rthm operations, inc Perk.com, which was closed in Dec, 8 months after they merged.
In the interim's they also stated that they CONTINUE to be affected by Industry headwinds. So are they prepared for the latest Industry Challenges, CCPA, Google's changes to cookies, Apple's ITP2.0 as well as the existing which I have mentioned before and continue to impact ad tech like GDPR, move to fee transparency, move to fewer DSP/SSPs,

Yet again... The proof whether they actually know what are doing will be if they can back up their bullish comments when it comes to results -

Again we won't know for yet another year.
