and given their Boots own brand 200ml bottle of hand sanitiser has been out of stock for couple of weeks, they seem to have supply chain problems.

Obviously, consumers will buy alternative products, so loss of 'potential' customers and revenues.

They need to re-supply Boots asap.

The H1 revenues from consumer was only £410k, yes thousands, and 92% of that comes from petcare.

According to their interims, published only a month ago, revenues from consumer segment were only £410k, inc a contribution from Tescos, a contract they have now lost.
so consumer revenues about £35k from non-Petcare for 6 months.

Even a 10fold increase in consumer sales, ex Petcare, wouldn't add much revenue to Consumer division.... £350k over 6 months...

What will happen once the Coronavirus is under control.

Their 1st patent was around 25yrs ago.
They IPO around 15yrs.

Yet their sales and sp spiked during previous outbreaks but despite that they supply to only 20+ hospitals.
They lost the Tesco contract recently.
Their 18 month trial at Target stores ends next month.

They didn't seize opportunities after previous outbreaks.

Is it any different this time?

The rns clearly shows the non-Exec CHAIRMAN and CFO bought 1m and 500k, respectively...
Which equates to about £16k and £8k.

They supply Invirtu hand sanitiser in 'over 20' hospitals...so probably not many over '20'...

That's not many, given they have been listed for 15yrs...and also given other outbreaks since they listed.

The trial at Target ends at the end of next month, any news of it rolling out at all Target stores or of partnerships. It's already around 6 weeks since Covid-19 outbreak was announced.

They lost the Tesco contract in UK. Any news on another retailer to take their place.

The director purchases from only 2 weeks ago show that they were NOT about to sign any partnership deals...

Plus 1m & 500k shares cost around £18k and £9k respectively.... Not really much for Company Officers.

Byot is on trial at a limited number of Target stores and the trial ends next month.
No news of an extension to the trial nor any news of signing another retailer.

As to rthm v DataXu - I mentioned the 'move to fee transparency' Industry Challenge ages ago, rthm's case was to do with 'hidden fees', one of those Industry Challenges. Rthm took legal action against DataXu because they thought they could win - the case came to a close quickly after Singer took over.

Rubicon had a similar case but against the Guardian, which was settled amicably.

Glad you agree. I said that days ago, when you guys posted about hand sanitisers sales going through the roof, implying Byot is a major supplier of hand sanitisers.

Yes, IF they sign a USA partner, it should be good for Byot. The point is a 2nd retailer walked when they were close to signing, why? And why has it taken 18 months for the Target TRIAL?

The NHS has always advised soap and water is best.

So you have wholesalers selling bulk, multipacks... suppliers to the NHS...And hand sanitiser being sold directly via Amazon...
