So am I to understand that the 2nd bank is waiting on the equity portion to complete?

So if all inspections have been completed satisfactorily then what is the 2nd bank waiting for before it gives final approval for finance? Anyone have an idea?

That's exactly right too many false dawns. The interview was just too soft. Tha share price is low because of Maninis incompetent and bumbling management over many years.

Market cap will climb to £150 mil after final approval from AFC bank. That is the total appro value of the debt finance from both banks.

I think Tony is worth millions after nearly 20 years of paying himself big at shareholders expense and delivering absolutely zero. Correction, he has delivered share price destruction.

Very early days yet. This will be back in the 1's before any bank finance lands which will most likely be middle next year. We all know how lengthy due diligence is. Also watch out for dilution on a large scale here. Very brave investing now.

Wonder if the 10x upside will occur after the finance closes.

So we now know there will be another fundraise to DOID at a discount which could take them over 50% ownership. We know what happens then. Quite sad really I almost bought in at one time, think I'll sit this out.

And we're priced as an early stage explorer. Just nuts!

Hope you're right deedee1 but there does seem to be a serious disconnect between the current valuation and the wider makro fundamentals. Though I suspect it's to do with a dreadful CEO Adams.

News is the Banks still not satisfied with the DFS most likely. Maybe 2025 for debt finance.

Seems to be. Problem with waiting for news is that when it happens there will be no chance of buying in at a low price. If the news hits early AM it'll open at 1p.

And what share price then? mid 2's ?

I'm going to guess it'll be 70% debt 30% equity. Most likely at a massive discount to the present sp. That'll certainly dampen any uplift
