@legalwolf you're absolutely right, there was a time many moons ago when junior miners would re-rate multiples on just a good feasibility study and/or potential. Now they don't until debt funding is in the bank account. The market is far mor cautious than a decade ago. Good luck to all.

@Legalwolf I agree with every point you make except one, that the hand brakes will come off after the last ever fundraise. I am of the personal view that will only happen after the DFS is completed and published. And even then it's the old hurdle of debt funding the capex. We know how difficult that is and how long banks take to clear such funding (up to 1 year). Onwards and upwards.

Any raise will NOT be at a heavy discount. It's not even certain there will be one at all. The second bank is proving to be a thorn.

If the second bank won't sign off before they run out of cash then there will be another equity raise. The clock is ticking.

Normally offtake agreements are conditional upon debt funding. The question (and the risk) remains can they get debt funding before they run out of cash. With Maninis track record of slugish movement it's likely they need to go cap in hand to DOID.

I've said it before this won't re-rate before DFS completed and made public. Then succesful outcome for debt funding will see this 10 bag.

Cheers for that thoughtful reply. It's been up for sale for quite some time now and wonder if it'll take another year or so 2025 say. All we can do is wait and see I guess. Be worth the wait though.
