Was @ .763 and the advisers offloading when sp is lower than placing price. Makes no sense their making a loss.

Understand it was ambiguous to say the least. Maybe replace final sign off with money in the kefi bank account.

Still unclear when final sign off will happen but good progress made. It's in the bag imo.

I think the sells are indicative of an expectation of heavily discounted placing. Yes sub 1p is very likey in my view. Best to sit this out and watch from the sidelines.

Definitely a placing just wish I knew when or at what price. They'll have no choice as no cash, but after placing could be worth buying in increments.

The share price is very subdued given finance sign off almost over the line.

No change it's basically been the trading pattern for the past couple years just look at the charts. I like this one because no large discounted equity placings needed so a safer bet than most pre-production miners. Important to note that many offtakes are on condition of debt funding in place first. Once debt funding is sorted it's off to the races. Low capex too which draws me in.

I agree but there does seem to be alot of caution here. Everyone wants to see it to believe it.

I can see an asset sale part or full. Silence on bank finance for 6 months says to me no debt funding.

It's a good analysis but all speculation. I would've agreed ten years ago it wasn't uncommon to see 1000% spikes on AIM now however that's not the case. The only big catalyst I can see is if/when they get project finance over the line. That will follow DFS hopefully not long after. That will give a clear runway to production and from the DFS a clear idea of value. It's a massive resource with excellent grades so the re-rate if/when it happens will be enormous.

It will re-rate but not anytime soon more patience needed here. As Mike inferred in the interview 2025-2026 production target. Still a very long waty to go here.

Dilution is a certainty until or unless they say otherwise. Don't have a penny in here yet as too hot to handle. Best wait it out a bit as you say 18 months til production that's a lifetime on AIM.

I really hope you're right that a high ball offer comes in if that is what you are speculating here. The problem is though 1) They've been declaring interested parties for years and years and here we sit nobody believes it anymore and here we sit.. 2) Even if the offers are genuine Chief executive Tony Manini couldn't negotiate a Dutch Roundabout, he simply does not have the skills for it.
