I wouldn't be hasty it won't complete until the 2nd half of next year. There will be more fundraises along the way still no idea when production will begin.

Funding will come through following aquisition completion which will be H2 2025. This will 10 bag in 2026 no doubt about it still early days yet.

Getting the funding will be the big hurdle. Might not be able to get it and there will be plenty of fundraising between now and 2027. In other words wayyy too early to invest.

What baffles me the most is the heavily discounted .55 surely if $240 mil sign off is about to happen people would be willing to pay a small premium.

People just want this Ethiopia funding completed been dragging on too long. The asset sale in Saudi is a few months away.

It looks like the TK funding will not complete before the saudi asset sale which will take several months. Major works not likey until April next year.

I hope you're right about project funding here as that is what re-rates a share but I've observed and invested in numerous miners over the last 10 years and until the often hundreds on millions required is paid, this won't budge an inch. I remember the days when you'd get a spike on a CEO saying 'we're in discussions' people have learned that discussions drag on for years. And what the hell does 'near term' production mean? This will take years trust me.

I always expect discounted as that's been the standard procedure in mining for years. Jason is pumping this to get the placing away at a higher issue price hence the regular media appearances. I hope he can pull it off. As for 23p I think yes but in about 2-3 years. Good luck.

Just reveals the lack of trust in the CEO from past performance on fundraising. The risk here is can the funds clear before they run out of cash in bank.
