As recently reported, we continue to make progress with the Early Works programme, which started in May 2024. The Early Works are designed to enable the Company to enter into binding definitive agreements with the funding syndicate and drawdown first funds in October 2024, enabling the Major Works to commence thereafter.

Just to add, this is a worrying snippet from the Dec 2 RNS headed 'Capital Raise'

'The Company expects the Project's Major Works to launch in early 2025 following the signing of detailed definitive documentation and satisfaction of the outstanding conditions precedent that are typical for a transaction of this nature.'

Bonkers0801 You are correct and Adams should hang his head in shame for yet another heavily discounted placing billion shares @.55, he should be booted out. If they expected funding to arrive imminently why on earth the raise? No one knows why they needed to. The sp is on it's A*** because this could drag on for months and with more discounted placings.

Yep funding will come after regulatory approvals have all completed. So that will be sometime in H2 2025. Should be worth the wait if all approvals get thumbs up.

Let's not put the cart before the horse. They need funding to get to production which is the catalyst here and JB isn't saying where it will come from.

I respect your opinion but that is all it is, and we all have our own. However, the market doesn't see it that way. I agree it was a great deal and will accelerate production, but will now need debt funding to get to production which, in mining takes months sometimes years.

The ask is 1.15.

On my watchlist too early for entry this is a long way from production. GL
