It always amazes me how people change tack depending on their investment. For the last couple of months you have been very positive about this share. Now, presumably because you have taken your profit and are out of it, you are suddenly concerned about a rights issue (which has been on the cards since November), even though we are now in a stronger position than before. My opinion is that you want it to go straight back down to 4.5p so that you can buy in again.

In my opinion if there is going to be a rights issue it will be more along the lines of what petertee is saying for about £30 million or less. There is absolutely no need to raise more than this. Even if they were to raise £100 million at 5p your investment would still be worth exactly the same! number of shares * 5p. The only thing that would be affected would be that future share price movement and therefore profits would be much less since the share price = market cap / number of shares. If the number of shares greatly increases then in order for the share price to rise the absolute market cap value must go up substantially more than previously

I've been following this board for some time now and I have to say that you have a remarkable interest in this share for someone is neither invested nor thinks the outlook is positive.
