The sale by JP Morgan also more than likely has diddly squat significance. Institutions are fettered by self-made chains. A sale can be triggered by any number of reasons that has ZERO relation to the share's prospects (e.g. shift in internal policy, requirement for redistribution of capital, cap on allocation to mining companies, cap on allocation to individual mining companies, etc etc).
I've seen it time and again: institutions often sell right at the bottom and buy near the top. That's why I won't give them a penny of my money to manage.
