This would be the first time as far as I know, so no problem.

It potentially creates a space for a bigger dividend to be announced in March.

Obviously GKP have been on manoeuvres for some time which is why they took a defensive position on buyback purchases on 17/10. 16.5k shares bought back @£1.25, i.e. $20k as a one off from a pot of $10m in four months tells its own tale.

And then nothing, leaving us all scratching our heads.

We can now see it as a defensive play as I have previously noted.

The next dividend announcement might be quite significant.

I reckon today is a game changer...one way or another.

For what it's worth (not much btw) it makes sense to strike a collaborative deal that suits all parties.

And finally it looks like that might be the direction of travel.

Otherwise it's back to profitable local sales and more dividends on the back of significant FCF.

I’ve always had belief in this share because it has a plan for self-funded growth and (post Re-structure thanks to LTH’s) it’s debt free.

As a consequence the Board can make responsible decisions not dictated by financial constraints.

I used to work on Blackpool Pleasure Beach as a ride operator.

But there were no rides on the Beach that were as exciting as this.

I’m not an avid reader of ADVFN posts , but some bloke calling himself ‘habshan’ has posted something quite interesting on that site. Which, because of the contributors who inhabit that territory, in itself is very unusual:-

It's not like he hasn't deserved it in the circumstances.

I think you have to look at what's around in management terms, and where we've ended up.

This guy knows his stuff.

You don't know me, but I know the difference between competence and incompetence.

I know you're bitter and scarred by your whole GKP history experience. And I really get that.

But when you spot talent and commitment you reward it.

If you don't then you lose it.

We've got to get back into the real investment world.

There is no way we can, as private investors, forecast, far less determine, future geopolitics.

What we can do is make a judgment as to the future direction of travel as we see it.

Either buying or selling...those are our options.
