I am sold on the products. I am now balancing things up like I should as a person who has a vested interest in SAE.

However to ensure I do not get banned I will stick to the facts.

At the moment there is a cloud hanging over SAE with the GFG link.

That is easy as it is in the public domain.

What is probably not as much in the public domain is that GFG were looking to move away from Greensill a while ago.

Also the FT has quite rightly sided where it thinks it should with SG.

This is interpretation and also others are based on what may or may not be factual.

If the reports are true about Vat etc then that is something that will need to be answered by GFG.

However my own opinion is that the SG plan is worthwhile and if it was to succeed with potential refinancing then it would be the catalyst for a stronger UK steel sector that would assist in the future of infrastructure projects.

Some people are looking at this just as a quick buck. This is each to their own, however this is about an industry that in my opinion needs to be there and also have positive project that link to a greener and more environmentally friendly scenario long term.

That's why I am still in and why I initially bought into SAE.

TIDAL. Also a big potential KPI that will unlock global potential.

Having read lots of views from Hana and coal.
Please see link below which I think is aimed at dirty coal projects and therefore not potentially SUP.

Plus it does say coal fired power stations, which SUP will not be.

Given the dates on the link below I am trying to understand why they invested in SUP September 2020 when the dates shown are 2019 and 2020.

Again I would reiterate.
We do not know what Hana have financed within their portfolios that may relate to current coal power stations.

I want to look at the link and gain factual info but we do not know the exposure Hana have.

If they are referring to current coal powered stations that emit carbon etc then this is different from what it could be if it were any power station including conversion.

Again. Without factual information from the portfolio of Hana then it is down to assumption.

As I have stated if proof was there that this for example included SUP then this would be a different proposition.

I have read the article and it is actually not easy to interpret where SUP is with this.
What I mean is it refers to building coal fired power stations.

I am assuming that SUP maybe the opposite of this by converting coal fired power stations and may have been the reason why Hana got invested into the project.

It may actually be the opposite of what we may initially think with regards to rolling out SUP type projects for current coal fired power stations.

As I have said I cannot interpret exactly what it means.

If it really means that projects like SUP for HANA are not part of their portfolio going forward then this is not good.

Again I would like other people to feed back what they interpret this as?

There are so many possibilities and outcomes that could yet happen.

One thing remains the same. The business what SAE are world leaders in is very viable and relevant.

The query I made was not about what was happening with Gupta.

We all know about that. We can all add links.

The query was about you as an investor and a deramper.

I ain't bothered if it is good or bad news by people. If it's bad I make a decision about my investments. I am sure that is what everyone does.

With regards to any forums or shares I have. They are not linked to SAE and that forum is not related to this. It is if you are implying that I cannot post on other forums or have any other investments.

I just don't get the maths for a testing regime for 20000 people to go to a match.

My maths ain't good but that is hard to fathom.
Each person has the test before they go in?
Test time X persons = A long time?

If someone can do the maths for LFT on that then it would be appreciated?

To be honest Eric is probably not the best person to ask for advice.
I am not either but there is a wealth of info on the forum.

My gut feeling is that it won't go much lower and will hopefully bounce back if and when there is info about Uskmouth.

This may also be coupled with what happens with GFG and Greensill.

Up in the air really.

SAE is part of the GFG Group.

The Simec part is where SAE is with renewables.

Mr Gupta is the CEO of GFG.
This is the group of 3 main companies.
These are;

Liberty--- Steel
Alavance--Aluminium
Simec---Renewables

The financing for the group is from Greensill.
This is to the tune of over £3B.
Greensill are now in trouble.
Which means that this puts GFG in a position of risk with financing.

Prior to the issues highlighted with Greensill it is my understanding that GFG had been looking at alternative financing anyway as part of de-risking and a portfolio change.

So that is where we are at the moment hence the fall in the SP.

So Mr Gupta is currently in discussions with Greensill and other parties as well as the government's in counties where he has operations and the trade unions too.

With regards to SAE.
The share price was on an upward trend prior to 3rd of March with regards to SUP (Uskmouth) and that the Welsh Government were potentially calling this in for a review. This is still pending.

Since then with uncertainty the SP has dropped and then in the past week or so the unravelling of GFG and Greensill as propelled this further.

Looks like SG is now in the process of refinancing.
I would assume that this could take months so it could go either way.

I still have a gut feeling that SUP will get planning permission, however not as confident as I was....

Started asking 1 question and got giddy.......
