jumbo - I think the answer is yes they are risk averse and therein lies the problem.

Piltick - Thank you that is more or less inline with what i thought would be the case. Now all we have to do is sedate POTUS and wait for some more news.

Prognosticator - Thanks for that. It raises a question if a customer orders more than one unit then he will have a bit of a wait for all the units. Probably under consideration but they may need to find a way to build the G3 units a lot faster. I am thinking of days.

Does anybody know how long it will take to build a G3 unit. The importance of this is it will tell us the financial viability of this project from the point of the view of any potential lender. Also anyone ordering a G3 unit would want to know roughly how long it would take.

the share price is following the rest of the market down. I am not sure if that is the trend for the day.

Mr.dt If I read the FAQs correctly they did not actually answer the question directly. They state the length of the tunnel and how far the TBMs can go in a day but do not say how long it will take to construct the tunnel

Nokesa - I think you may have misread them as I have the share price coming in somewhere between 20p and 50p tomorrow.

Piltick Thanks for your response. On the assumption that all will go to plan I will be doing some quiet accumulating over the next nine months while the market is looking the other way.

Piltick - Thanks for this it makes everything clearer. Can I test your knowledge on another possibly stupid point. As I understand it the current plan is to have the first G3 unit built sometime during Q3 2019. If we are using calendar and not financial years that would bring us to the end of September 2019. Once that is done it is intended to then produce G£ units to fill any conditional orders that have been placed in advance. If I have got all that correct then that would mean that royalty payments should start sometime in 2020.

On that basis we can look forward to a promounced uptick in the share price in Q4 2019 or sometime in 2020. In that case we need the share rice to stay around this level to allow us all to hoover up as many shares at this cheap price before the big boys arrive.

AudibleEnergy - The reason why I thought they might be competitiors is that AFC has its own Fuel Cell Technology which from the AFC interim results would seem to be in or near production. I assumed therefore that they would not want another company with its own Hydrogen generating unit working in competition. The relationship between W2T, AFC and Powerhouse is curious and something I would need to work through. It seems that W2T is working to find customers for Powerhouse's G3 Units and AFC's Fuel Cell Technology and both seem to do similar things. If anyone can clarify the interrelationship between the three it would help.

Is it just me but is anyone else wary of AFC's motivation. They are a major shareholder in W2T. But they are also a potential competitor of Powerhouse if I understand thier business model. Would AFC want a viable competitor at the moment they have the Hydrogen market to themselves so why support a potential rival?

Rooky - Re your 16.54 post from yesterday. There are 152 principal local authorities in England and about 20 Central government departments. Both have a number of Borough, District Councils, Executive Agencies and Arms Length Bodies under them. If they can all be persuaded to purchase G3 units then that would be a large number of units. How quickly can a G3 unit be built?

Nokesa - You really should wait before saying another down day as I have said on previous ocassions the opening share price is not a bgood indicator you need to wait until at least 10am to see what the sahre might do.

Telephoneman - Thanks for that it certainly helps.

telephoneman - I take it that the £372,400 royalty payment you mentioned in your 13.10 post is per unit. In which case that raises the distinct possibility of a multi million pound income from royalty payments. Apologies for being lazy but is the G3 the only unit that would be available or will there be other units that will be available. I will not mind if you just point me to where I can find the information.

Myosotis - While you are right in what you say in your 12.10 post in the context of paragraph 6 of the Chief Master's Order the Judge refers to a High Court Judge otherwise he would have said to be listed before me. As an aside the term Master applies whether or not the Master is male or female.

speedy - reference your 11.07 post. Why go for dilution now if you can perhaps get a deal that will negate the need for any dilution? It may be that the final deal will not have a royalty component.

Myosotis -Thanks for this. Paragraph 6 said the matter was to be heard by the Judge. The hearing on the 5 October was before the Chief Master not the Judge. I would suspect that the Judge released the matter to the Master presumably because none was objecting so the Judge did not want to waste his time with the application.
