LongTerm74 - In relation to your 16.19 post while in two cases statutory consultees have asked for conditions to be added, the only consultee to raise any serous question was the fire authority. It is troubling that none of the advisers or Peel picked up on this issue. I hope the planning committee will deal with these questions by conditions.

AudibleEnergy - Hopefully with future planning applications they will remmeber to cover the fire provisions that the ire Brigade commented on.

BumbleB - In relation to your 3.25 post of yesterday I would not expect the council or any plannng authority to hold off making a decision while they wait for a response to a consultation. If there is no response by Wednesday when the consultation period ends then I would expect the council to start to prepare the report to the planning committee on the basis of the responses they have received. If a response is received later but before the planning committee meeting they may exercise there discretion to accept it.

Piltick - I am not sure about the rules in Cheshire but if there are no objections then the planning officer may be able to use delegated authority to approve the application.

Piltick - As the closing date for objections is the 30 October it is very unlikely that it could make a 5 November planning meeting as the papers for the planning meeting need to be circulated a week in advance.

I was just on the concil website and there used to be a tab for public comments this has gone. Does anyone know if there is a reason for this.

There are only three working days left to put in any objections hopefully there will not be any.

My undestanding is that they will be looking to go for a standard listing on the LSE Main market not an AIM listing.

LedZep - This is the first one to raise a serious issue however it is likely to be dealt with by a condition. He said hopefully.

BumbleB - Someone with more experience than me with planning will correct me if I am wrong but they only have a week left to put in any objection/comment.

BumbleB - I think you may be getting concerned unnecessarily. If there are concerns around the RAMSAR site hat are not covered by existing conditions in relation to the PROTOS site generally then they would probably be dealt with by conditions. I would be very surprised if on its own it would be grounds to refuse the application.

I thought that the objection was going to be from CHAIN but they seem to keeping quiet so far. I had noticed thatnone of the parish councils have objected so far and they were all consulted on the 2 October.

Just been listening to this. A good chance that little that is n it will get passed but did notice plastic pollution gota mention as did climate change. How helpful the measures will be we will have to wait and see.

Tatty99 - Thanks for this I will have a read. The DMG process is a step up from this as explained in the planning statement in relation to the planning application the plastic is not combusted.

I see we have had two very large trades so far today. Does somebody know something I do not?

The Archaeology Team have now posted there comments on the planning application. They are not asking for any new conditions above those already in place for the site.
