Trading on AIM for the under-mentioned securities has been temporarily suspended from 21/03/2024 7:30am, pursuant to AIM Rule 15.

Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc pleased to provide an update on the progress of the planned Reverse Takeover.

As previously announced, trading in the Company's shares on AIM has been suspended pending the completion of the RTO, which requires the publication of an admission document, the approval of such a transaction at the Annual General Meeting of the Company and the readmission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM. The Company is pleased to advise that all the RTO workstreams are well advanced with completion of the RTO targeted for Q4 2025.

Tbcx - I agree with most your saying, but do believe the mill is important as a near term source of revenue.

The star-up of the mill could well be the catalyst for a significant re-rate.

Hmmm, will there be an opportunity to buy lower - maybe - possibly - but I'm not selling any in the hope of that happening.

However, I certainly will be buying on any dip - there may be a brief opportunity if the warrants at 1.3p kick in, but I do believe it will be brief.
